General Agenda: Consider first reading of an Ordinance rezoning an approximately 13.5-acre tract of land owned by Riley County, generally located southeast of the intersection of Claflin Road and Wharton Manor Road, from RH (High-Density Residential District) with O-UF (University Fringe Overlay) to PI-2 (Public/Institutional District) for a new Riley County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Facility to be located at 1115 Charles Little Road; Consider first reading of an Ordinance rezoning 2010 Tecumseh Road, an approximately 0.2-acre tract of land owned by the City that is adjacent to the new Riley County EMS Facility, located northwest of the intersection of Tecumseh Road and Charles Little Road, from RH (High-Density Residential District) with O-UF (University Fringe Overlay) to PI-2 (Public/Institutional District); Consider six Resolutions determining the City’s intent to issue Industrial Revenue Bonds and authorizing sales tax exemptions and waiving various permit and connection fees for three Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects; Consider an amendment to the contract with IPS Group Inc. for License Plate Recognition (LPR) equipment and software in the Downtown Garage and provide feedback on changes to the registration and fees in both City-owned parking garages, effective August 1, 2024
