Thank you you do not know how much it is worth to me and many other black Americans who want to come to Africa but we do not get the detailed information that we need in a detailed way not just passing by and mentioning it but really giving us some information I can’t wait to come to Africa I have written down your name and these apartments thank you not many have given details yes they talk about restaurants that’s nice and clubhouses that’s OK but what some of us really would like to know is where can we get an apartment or house we can’t afford please believe me just because we live in America it does not mean we are rich we are far from it some of us are retired and live on a fixed income here in America it is a horrible nightmare for many of us . You have given me hope that’s for sure I will keep this information and work on coming as soon as possible thank you.

Hi Jamie, those are very difficult to get as there are very few of them. Gumtree.co.za used to be the best place to source that kind of small accommodation but be careful who you deal with. Also google student accommodation and see what options come up.
You must check out Balwin properties, they do incorporate studi apartments in their properties.

It is not furnished. You will have to move in with your own furniture.

To rent you need to show proof of affordability. That’s usually a bank statement or proof of employment, so a payslip.
