I Saw The Aurora Australis!

The realities of traveling with rain, Incredible display of night sky and finally good weather
Episode 13 from On The Road. The good weather run comes to a sudden end as I hit the NSW/VIC border. I deal with terrible conditions as I travel through the Gippsland. The rain and the miserable conditions just did not let up which stopped me doing anything exciting as I originally wanted to head into the Victoria high country. I spent a lot of time a variety of libraries along my travels such as Lakes Entrance, Bairnsdale, Sale, Traralgon, Inverloch, Wonthaggi and San Remo. The bonus of this was I was able to catch up on a tonne of editing I needed to do. I also went to Wilsons Promotory aiming to do a 2 night hike but ended up delaying it for another 5 days as I finally saw some good weather on the forecast and I'm so glad I did as I had the best possible weather. I would love to go back to the Gippsland region and properly explore with some good weather.
