Practice practice practice!! And if you do t have flawless basics you will never have a flawless routine. Also find the rhythm of the music and hit the flag points with the beat and your team will always be in sync! Hope this helps :)

I’ve been dancing for 16 years and I’ve been doing Guard for 9 years so I’ve had a lot of practice :)
