In today's story I'll share with you a relaxing day on the shore of Somova Lake, a lake very close to our wonderful Danube Delta. Waking up and admiring swans on the lake in the morning, only a few meters away from my van, is a unique show in itself.
I'll share some of my thoughts about the link between cooking, traveling in a camper van and anxiety and stress relief. As in our fast-paced lives we lose so often the connection with ourselves and the present moment, we need activities that help us get back the control of our lives.

How do you manage stress and anxiety?
Meditation and mindfulness. Living in the present moment rids us of anxious and depressed feelings. It is never good to wonder in the future or reflect on the past.

yoga and breathing exercises. I also go to osteopathy regularly. Listening to music, watching good quality films and going for a lot of walks in nature, sometimes hugging a tree, it has a wonderful effect.
Anxietatea și depresia apar atunci când scade nivelul de serotonina si endorfine ,neurotransmitatori ai fericirii...serotonina se produce în intestin de către bacterii....ai grija sa mănânci cu probiotice și vei fi un om fericit și fără anxietate.....anxietatea vine din interior nu din exterior ....

I have always enjoyed cooking and preparing food, but your videos always remind me to take my time and enjoy the cooking process in a meditative sort of way rather than cooking for cooking's sake. Thank you for all your videos :)
