This is some heavenly combo! Dimash + tengri, they sang this song in 3 languages Mandarin, Kazakh, Mongolian, on Chinese new year's eve, accompanied by traditional Mongol instruments and throat singing. This is some next level Asian combo! Big props to globalization

Hello! Somebody up said that Dimash began singing in his homeland language and Tengri in Chinese. Then, in the end, Tengri sung in mongoliam and Dimash in Chinese. Can you say if it is true?
@@stellamont Yes, it's true. Dimash is from Kazakhstan. I'm not sure if the language is Kazakhstan at the beginning but he sung in Chinese in his second solo part. Tengri who born in inner Mongolia province of China sung in Chinese at the first part and mongolian in second part. In the end, they sung in Chinese together.

Много раз слышала этот дуэт. Димаш как всегда великолепен. Он идеально поет и соло и дуэтом. Каждое исполнение Димаша как бальзам для души. Забываешь обо всем на свете. Ребята я вижу что наши ощущения от исполнения похожи. Я понимаю лишь некоторые слова. Хотелось бы перевод. Огромное вам спасибо за ваши реакции. Я уверена что все ваши реакции замечательные, но я смотрю только реакции на Димаша. Благодаря вам узнала о Димаше. Это произошло три месяца назад. Теперь слушаю этого ангела каждый день. А вашу первую реакцию на золотце смотрела наверное раз сто. Я как и вы была в шоке от такого голоса. Честно говоря не верила что когда-нибудь появиться такой исполнитель. Я фанатка Димаша и очень этим горжусь.

Why because its extraordinary music with instruments and different sounds, the voices that all matched and completed together with different languages Kazah, Chinese (Mandarin) and Mongolian. So many music colours, you can feel the emotion and culture👍It has a deep meaning. I read somewhere that Tengri sang this when he lost his son at a young age when he became a father after the age of 44. Very sad actualy😢
Tengri lost his precious daughter who was only 5 yrs old about 8 years ago. His son still healthy and alive. Tengri was so sad about his lost he dropped singing for 8 years, he just recently started picking up his career back. And that song that made him famous was heaven, not this one

spectacularly wonderful!!! I don't believe in self-delusional concepts such as heaven, but this is heavenly. Favourite vocal artists together and perfectly meshed in moments of magic. Not something expected but gratefully appreciated. Sometimes you get lucky and a miracle happens. I was lucky to be alive at such time as this.
That was just awesome! I didn't know Tengri before, but he has such a nice voice :) Dimash is outstanding as ever, but for myself it was the connection between both voices and also the instrumental what made it just a wonderful and mindblowing song, which gave me goosebumps... loved it!

Swan Geese is an old folk song from Urad, in the western part of Inner Mongolia.
It was used as the theme song of the TV drama “Heroes of the Eastern Exodus”, aired by CCTV. First published in October 2009, Swan Geese’s Chinese Mandarin lyrics were written by Lv, Yan Wei and originally sung by Husileng, an ethnically Mongol Chinese singer, as part of his album Sai Bei (North of the Great Wall).
Heroes of the Eastern Exodus
This TV drama retells the story of the Kalmyk tribe’s heroic journey back to China. Faced with genocide under imperial Russia, this Mongolian tribe who had lived peacefully on the banks of the Volga for around 200 years, decided to return east to their ancestral homeland Dzungaria under the leadership of Ubashi Khan. In January 1771, on the date appointed by the Dalai Lama for their departure, the ice on the Volga weakened, thus forcing 1/6 of the tribe to remain behind on the right bank. Those who roamed the left or eastern bank set off on the journey. It is said they numbered somewhere between 150,000 to 400,000. Six months later, only 66,073 (or 85,000 depending on the source) survived Cossack raids, starvation and thirst to reach Dzungaria, in the western part of Mongolia, then located in Qing imperial China. These resettled Kalmyks became known as Torghuts. The Russian empress Catherine the Great, unable to stop their eastern exodus, abolished the Kalmyk khanate.
The swan goose, Anser cygnoides, lives in Mongolia, northernmost China and southeastern Russia. This rare goose migrates annually and spends the winters in central and eastern China. Vagrant birds however have been spotted as far east as Japan, and as far west as Kazakhstan and even in the warmer climes of Laos and Taiwan. Listed as Endangered in 2000, it was downlisted back to Vulnerable in 2008. Between 60,000 and 100,000 are found today in the wild.
Tengri, or Ten Ge Er in Chinese, is a Mongolian Chinese singer. In 1993, he formed the Wild Wolf Band and became its lead singer; he also recorded a number of theme songs for television dramas. Tengri placed fourth in Singer 2018.

Throat singing was included as an instrument - never heard combination with usual singing before. And this duet was really beautiful, both singers showed the beautiful interpretation and also together they sounded really good.
