something caryn and connie did recently that could be fun for you was mixing two random aesthetics together. like taking a whole bunch of pinterest aesthetics, throwing them in a randomizer, and seeing what comes out, and maybe building a tiny home community, a la deligracy's tiny town challenge, if you want to make it a bigger build series; or just as a random series of small individual builds for whenever inspo's running a little dry.

Maybe stuff we don't see a lot of, like a compound with tree houses for a multi-generational family? Or I've been enjoying multi-use properties for destinations, like spa/gym/pool or libraries that are also museums?

I think a tiny duplex for opposite Sims could be fun - cat vs dog lovers, cozy knitter/crafter vs ultra-modern business person, plants as pets vs animal lover, a politician sim vs someone who’s trying to live off the grid… I always love the stories you come up with both when you stream & the ones you tell in your videos. My favorite builds of yours are ones that are inspired: when you can hear in your voice how much that build made you smile & how much fun you had with certain concepts/ideas. Your builds are always entertaining, so whatever you come up with we’ll all enjoy, I’m sure!
SydMac has done the coloring book challenge twice now, which is where you build an entire house with just the white swatches, then you go back in and change all the swatches to color and pray everything eventually comes back together
I'd be interested to see a historical home that's being used as a museum. Built like a residential lot, but functioning as a commercial lot, with a small gift shop, maybe a cafe.
I’d love to see a retail lot! maybe a flower shop or a resale store. people don’t build retail lots very often, so it would be a nice change of pace. I also don’t see a lot of restaurants, so that could be a fun build. maybe a bistro or something?
with the new party kit, maybe a roller rink venue? like classic 90s vibe set up for a birthday party
That would be so cool. The pastel pop carpet always reminds me of the rink i grew up near.
I‘d love to see something in Bauhaus style! Or an unusual vampire house - maybe something that‘s not dark/black but more like a cozy family house where some vampires happen to live? Another idea would be to combine different styles, like a very typical suburban house but the interior is very futuristic, or a very contemporary house but the inside is rustic. And I also would love to see builds from other countries in the style of your states build series, but I know that’s probably very hard to do if you are not familiar with these countries 😊

About build ideas: i'm personally always down for more occult stuff! Also, something historical might be cool and challenging too? Doesn't have to be a home either! Like, a medieval tavern, a 1920's speakeasy, a retro diner ect
I don’t know about anyone else but, I’d love to see more rundown builds! Like rundown houses, or another motel! Maybe a rundown apartment building? I just love good rundown build lol
I always love builds on the 64x64 lots with multiple houses on them, kind of like a streer😍😍
A built idea would be a small house, but quite cluttered and whimsical a la Studio Ghibli
i'm building a town square/open mall community space type thing right now and having soo much fun! 10/10 would recommend
I think doing afamily owned storefront with the family apartment behind/above could be really fun! I went on a tour of a international district in my city and one of the stops was an old immigrant family house where the front room was a seamstress store or shoe repair or other odd job
Love the build, as always! I think what would be really cool to see is a home, (most likely a ranch style,) that housed every single animal we have in the game. So the big three, cats, dogs, and horses, but then also the rest of them. Like cows/llamas, chickens, the mini goats/sheep, and then the often overlooked hamster. It would be pretty interesting to see!

build micro homes series, only using base game and 1 kit . this way we get to see the kits more too and a challenge of 32 tile home
i think a little series where each house is dedicated to a plant! so like what you think of when you think of sunflowers! what kind of home would it be? what lot? what colors? would it be big or small? etc. you could even do something like cactus and have pink accents for the flowers or monstera and the vibes it gives off! i havent seen anyone do that yet and i think you would do an amazing job at it! maybe it's even a treehouse or a victorian style home! hopefully this gives you some inspo!

I think a second swatch only build could be fun because we don't all have the second swatch memorized, and some of them are bound to not be neutrals!
Doctor Ashley did the abc build challenge. It was super fun to watch! Would love to see your rendition of that challenge. It was like basement theme for b fairy core for F, etc. she would get ideas from comments
I don’t know about new packs, but I would love another swatch update for base game like they did a few years ago. There are still so many things that we could use more variations in.
Look into the Sims In Bloom challenge and maybe make houses for those sims since you did houses for the Not So Berry challenge.

What if you tried something adjacent to industrial refurbishes, but instead it’s using the castle kit? Like castle refurbishing- either luxuriously or more ruins / cottage core shack vibes?
A micro home (for skill gain) for a noncommittal sim with the renaissance aspiration. So they'll need lots of skill options for their hobbies and career changes.
