    Love what you do! If I could offer a suggestion, could you do one using for instance a 10' rod and a 12' rod at the same time? In other words, put the Bait Pop on, say the 10', and nothing on the 12', drop them straight in front of the transducer at the same time (would obviously be a 2' space between the baits) and you'd see an instant comparison. Hope this makes sense and keep up the good work!

    Another great test. I would be interested in trying it out. It looks like it works very well.

    Thanks for all the videos, you have educated me plenty on the LS. Maybe in future comparison videos on products like this, you could lose the weight and just put two jigs on the same line. Use the product on just one.

    A wad of salmon eggs under a bobber at 25' on the lower Columbia-- I can follow it out to 120'. Amazing tech-- know when to move the bait away from bottom fish, or to be ready to set the hook on a salmon.

    I would like to try that product Randy. Thanks for the video, this is awesome. What is the fragrance of the attractant within it ? As in a fishy odor or a sweet anise type odor ?

    Good video . A bit disappointing as I don’t feel a test 5 ft from the livescope is really a good test. They did that when they came out with it.. would like to see that test with a cast to say 20 to 30 ft.. just my opinion

      When you get out to that distance the effects will decrease of course but they are still there. All returns will decrease out farther

      We will in a few weeks when that water temp goes down.

  • @howcroft22
    @howcroft22 ปีที่แล้ว

    It’s OK I’ve had it for a couple of weeks. Nothing to write home about. You can see it a little bit better bud doesn’t seem to do much. Maybe it’s better for the crappie guys. But when it comes to soft plastics for bass, like soft swimbaits
    , I haven’t noticed a significant improvement. . I fished 2.8 K Text offshore for deep smallmouth regularly and’s and it didn’t blow me away. I can see my 2.8” keitech up to 100 feet away and that’s not using this stuff. It didn’t seem to help me see anything further I still lose my baits around the same range.

    • @The_Garmin_Guru
      @The_Garmin_Guru  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have the proof it works as advertised. Settings are very important when using it. It’s made for crapoie and small baits. Wouldn’t really need it with bass fishing

  • @braddunn9960
    @braddunn9960 ปีที่แล้ว

    Ok, bait probably worth a try. however, when I go to the link you provided the website does put weight? 1 oz, 2 oz? Normal working guy is not gonna spend $20 for a tube that lasts 3 trips?

    • @The_Garmin_Guru
      @The_Garmin_Guru  ปีที่แล้ว

      It last a pretty long time. I’ve been testing a few weeks with the same tube. It stays on about like most gel type scents and on the line pretty well also.

    your bait didnt pop better you changed your range....... your no bait pop footage is with a 30 foot range. your bait pop footage is with a 20 foot range. zooming in will make ur objects look bigger and could be accounting for the theoretical extra 25%.

    • @The_Garmin_Guru
      @The_Garmin_Guru  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What are you talking about I’m
      In the 20 foot range in both test.
