Easy seal extraction tip. A small self tapping screw or drill small pilot hole then small screw inserted partway into seal. Lever under screw head with forked tack removal. The seals, where their rubber makes contact with camshaft and crankshaft should be lightly lubed with oil before insertion. 😎 I also had to replace the foam perimeter dust seals and some rubber bolt grommets on the timing belt cover. Pretty good vid and the paint and color combo is awesome.

AC tension pulley bearing froze up and broke my AC belt. Watching this video around 39:10 showed me how simple it is to replace pulley, Just loosen the nut on the front and slide it out bottom of the slot. I got a used pulley off eBay and I just back off the adjuster bolt and slide the new setup into slot, snug the front nut, put on the belt to hold pulley in place, loosen nut and adjust to proper tightness of the belt. Thanks for a clear view of this assembly.

On the concept Z wiki it suggests for the tensioner to be 3.5mm - 5.2mm and you should rotate your engine 720 degrees twice and recheck the tensioner. You should definitely be good. Also my tension is always coming back to 5mm. I want to readjust to be within spec but I’m scared I may loosen the belt too much.

The spec is 3.5mm - 5mm. Note: A 4mm allen key is 4mm from furthest point to furthest point...so shoot for bareley being able to spin a 4mm allen head in the auto tensioner gap after two full crank sprocket rotations.

For the Crankshaft sprocket it's very simple, the only thing you want to really focus on is the washers that go with it. Once you put the washers in the correct area all you do is slide the sprocket on. Cleaning the crankshaft with a scotchbrite free of rust and lubing the inner race will help it go on smoothly.
