Sometimes when you are new to Bantu Knots, you will make them too tight, not realizing that the tension increases as you wrap the hair around. One thing I do if they are to tight is turn the entire knot in the opposite direction ti loosen it up to comfortability. Headaches can be avoided, and they will still stay secure.
