I did an extreme hair transformation on my friend's hair ya'll! This extreme natural hair transformation was a long process but it turned out great! I did highlight, lowlights - trilights, base color, and then gave her a hair cut & silk press.

This is the exact color i want for my hair 😍i had a wig this color from Ali express and it just became my signature color. So now I’m wearing my natural hair and it’s so hard to love looking at it at times Bc it’s so dark compared to the blonde highlights i had 😭 i need this done ASAP !!

Lovely video 👏 going to attempt this at home. Did you use any hair dye/bleach in particular or does it not really matter? Also with the olapex conditioner or shampoo you mentioned, was that after you took the foil out
Please be careful, I recommend you go to a professional. I used all Joico bleach/color/developer. The Olaplex treatment was done after I shampooed the products out, however I did use Olaplex number 1 in the bleach and color.

When you add the color on top would it not change the hair color or does it still come as highlights?
It would not change the highlights because I did not add it to the highlights - hope you understand what I mean.

She does not need purple shampoo, I sent her home with the blonding and moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.

What do I do if I want to have black roots and then highlights of shades of blue? I wanted to dye my whole head an indigo blue (adore) & play with the baby blue(adore) but yk once the whole head done ain’t no turning back lol
That actually sounds like it will be really cute but you need a consultation with a professional before doing anything - wouldn't want you to have any negative experiences.

What is Olaplex? And what did you use to treat the hair after the coloring process
Olaplex is multi-step product used with chemical services on clients to prevent damage and to treat the hair after the service as well, I used olaplex to treat her hair

So the color didn’t irritate her scalp? Being that you just shampooed it from taking out the sewin and using 10-40vol developers? I always get nervous to perform a chemical service after shampooing the hair😫
No her scalp was fine, no irritation at all. Also, I use olaplex in all my color services and that definitely helps.

Thank you hon. I would not advise you to go ahead with a box dye, and plus to if you attempt this color with box dyes you would need multiple colors for it to be multidimensional.
I have green ends and undyed roots and I have no idea how to go about doing this color on my hair😭
I would highly recommend you at least get a consultation from a professional. It may not be so easy to get those colors from having green hair.

What was your formula for the low lights and level 4?
I used Joico, the ratio is always 1:1 for color. I used a 20 volume for the low lights. I used Vero K-PAK 4N for the level 4
@@BelanneCreates is the k pak Demi or permanent? I’ve never used their line before. I usually use redken or matrix

Keep your hair moisturized, protect your hair with proper coverings when you sleep, and get your ends trimmed frequently/as needed.

Wow this is beautiful ! I recently went to the hair salon for the first time .. I wish my stylist actually cared . I have similar hair to the lady in this video and as soon as a sat in the chair she complained how she never gets the “easy” clients . I showed her how I wanted my hair color and she just did her own thing she used my ignorance to how hair is dyed as justification to give me as little highlights as possible . Secondly she was so rough with my head I nearly cried …twice and I wouldn’t consider myself tender headed . I could hear my hair snapping from the blow dryer comb . It was overall a horrible experience I’ve been watching TH-cam on how styling of natural hair can be done to look good and not having “good” hair beforehand . Towards the end my stylist kept asking me questions to make sure that I wouldn’t pin a bad experience on her like was my scalp sore and she even kept telling me that normally when she presses it gets bone straight but my hair wouldn’t.. very sad .
i’m so sorry for your experience like wow i kinda have the same hair as the lady in the video too and i’ve always been able to get my hair super straight with a silk press that stylist definitely is not qualified enough to be doing hair
