You don't know what your missing out on smoked kahawai and make into a smoked fish mornay and the best bait for snapper you need to come to the far north and fish mate we sometimes use a hole kahawai fillet as one nait for snapper

I agree. Smoked Kahawai is fantastic. One of my favourite eating fish. Just get a shoe box smoker from Top Catch!
