tx Doc. I learned so much. on another video i mentioned how I started having renoliths, after having to take supplemental Calcium w Vit D, and Calcitriol, subsequent to a parathyroidectomy sec. to papillary CA of my thyroid. I was never a smoker and I do eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. I occ. have meat, but mainly chicken, and less beef than por Bec of the $. I currently have NHL (2016) & my Thyroid CA (2000) has been in remission x 2005. I currently have a stone which has not descended and located at the renal calyx. Based on what you said in your study, it seems that i would benefit from drinking coconut H2O, but is that a common occurrence, and y would the stone just stay there? I do crave nuts a lot, and try to eat dry roasted nuts, Cashews, or Pepitas.

I find it difficult to reduce dietary Oxalate when following a plant based diet. Plant based proteins are especially high in Oxalate.

I guess we have to eat balanced diets like they did thousands of years ago 🤷🏽‍♂️
