After doing the interviews and pass background check, when they call u in for to drop off documents(which documents do you need to present?) and start new hire training, does that mean you got the job? Also, how long do they train you for and is it everyday or do they give you Sunday and Saturday off? and how many hours is training for each day? For ur name tag, do you have to put ur legal first name or can u use a preferred name?

I have a interview tomorrow in the afternoon at 4:30 what type of questions they ask you

They asked if I’m familiar with the brands they carry, if I can navigate a computer easily (they use an old 1980’s system that’s super simple and easy.) they wanted to know if I’m willing to work holidays and if I’m willing to work over time.

Do they pay hourly or commission

Both if your certified to sell specific brands like you can be a kate spade specialist, or a Michael Kors specialist, or Chanel Specialist. You have to make a certain sales goal and you get like $150 or more added to your hourly paycheck. I so left that out because I was trying to do kate spade but they would NEVER let me test on that either!! Lol

During orientation or background check to they check for a previous job

I think when picking resumes they look for job history. They hired me because I had such a good history with previous jobs

Laura Johnson True and thank you :-).
I truly loved my coworkers. God bless them. They deserve to have their own businesses. They were such talented people and seeing them treated like toadies made me angry. They tried the same with me and I pitched a fit and took it straight to store management and hr... Who did nothing. They could never afford my education, shame on them for a broken business model and ugly, low class culture that promotes high stress and pitting coworkers against each other. I'm sick of abuse just to earn a basic wage.
