Hi. I'm "Gio Palermo", also known as "legorocks99" ("legorocks99Gaming", "LR99Gaming", or "LR99"). I post video game commentaries on TH-cam revolving around "hockey", with a primary focus on "Vancouver Canucks", "Montreal Canadiens", "Detroit Red Wings", and top "NHL prospects" topics. These videos are uploaded with "NHL 24" gameplay in the background. I enjoy making these videos and I hope that you enjoy watching them!

Im from Quebec, I speak english, I never tried to learn it. It came naturally by watching tv shows with subtitles. Not tryna be that guy but English has to be amongst the easiest language to learn. even at an "expert" level. Only people that speaks English only thinks English is hard.
As a native English speaker I agree but we were always told 'it's the hardest language'....
There's some odd words but no gender forms automatically makes it the easiest.
Don't waste your time on this video, Mitchkov just said about Demidov;"He's a good guy. He can do everything on the ice. It's just a shame he's in Mtl and not in Philly." You're welcome.
Thanks bro. Went straight to the comments. Saved me 10 mins
Great content LR99!
1. I predict Demidov will be a STUD for the Habs at the NHL level.
2. It's fantastic to have the 2 Russians pushing each other!!!! You can bet the farm that both these guys want to outdo the other.....like Ovi vs Malkin. Demidov will be itching to show Michkov up every chance he gets and vice versa. A great rivalry is brewing.
When you factor in the fact that Philly had been in talks with Columbus for the #4, it was perfectly realistic that they could have played on the same team.
Also had Michkov actually done an interview with Montreal maybe they'd have both. So there were more than one possibility here.
He didn’t want to go to Montreal and who really does 🤷🏻♂️ I mean getting drafted is great but if I was drafted by the habs I know damn straight I would want to leave and be traded once my rookie contract was up
Michkov is probably the only outsider who loves the city of Philadelphia.
You couldn't be more wrong. Philly is an alpha city with several Fortune 500 companies, and much richer than Montreal. Philly has some rough areas, but people often forget the intellectual side of the city, the commerce, banking, industry, etc.
If english is hard for him he wouldnt last a day in montreal😂
No offense but English is absolutely not one of the hardest languages to learn. Actually out of all the languages I learned it was by far one of the easiest
English is one of the most easy language to learn (at a basic level) i started understanding english by myself by watching cartoons on Fox Kids at 6 years old, i'm francophone.
However, every language is hard to master even if it's our first-language, don't feel bad. 😆
Flyers 100% tried to trade up for Demidov. They have the assets to make that work but as we know, trading a top 5 pick rarely happens. My guess is they pushed REALLY hard to get to 4/5 but clearly MTL wanted their guy which is understandable.
Noone was budging in the top 4. Montreal agreed to trade their 5th to chicago for their unprotected first next year ( a pick that could be first overall) and something else as long as demidov wasnt still available
ps english is a fonctional language that is one of the most easy to learn and very few words. Alson it depends where you from.
But the Flyers tried to trade with Columbus for the 4th, so they can take Demidov.
Woulda have loved for them to pull that one of it woulda been a crazy duo!!!
English is the easiest language to learn, but he just got there.
It’s a pity that you didn’t use the real videos… besides no mention of a mysterious recent death of Matvey’s father…
We should have both! Michkov and Demidov on the same line!! But we got Reheinbacker..or something like that... big big mistake from Mtl DG
Couldn’t disagree more.
I don’t want a player that tanked his interviews with top 5 drafting teams, in a way choosing where he wanted to be drafted.
Careful what you wish for, Tortorella is not the easiest coach to play under.
He could easily do well as much as he could bust and wash out.
Reinbacher is a top pairing TWD beast, PP, Pk, Shutdown with size and skating.
Trading for scoring wingers is cheaper than trading for top 4 RD
People are talking alot about Michkov and Demidov which is fair but they sleep hard on Buchelnikov who is surely on the Cusp for an Incredible season with Vityaz in the KHL
English is not the hardest language to learn, it’s actually by far the easiest.
English is one of the easiest languages to learn, which is one of the reasons why it is used as everyone's second language.
This is absolutely false. English, at a conversational level, is incredibly difficult to master. English is a popular second language despite its difficulty due to how useful it is. Global industries require English speaking employees because those industries tend to revolve around the markets of English speaking countries. Additionally, English is the dominant language used in most of the popular entertainment media, leading to people desiring to learn English.
@@jessicaquinn5824 what is your primary language?
I think the flyers in a few years should try to go after demidov. The Canadians don’t deserve to be good lol they already have like 10-15 cups..their good
I hope you are sarcastic about english being the hardest language to learn. Russian is infinitely harder. Finnish even more difficult. Pretty much every language in more difficult to learn than english.
Have you tried french?
Don't know if you know about this, but every in Canada from 4th to 8th Grade has to learn the language(majority of them forget it, or they take it in HS, while others take other languages)!
@@taylorbetts1546 I know that. What's the point? English is really easy compare to french. I know, I am french. La majorité des Québécois francophone son bilingue. The anglo Québécois majority is not.
@@Jaycee-Bee I have zero clue on why, but I guess since Canada is bilingual they just made us take it for 5 or more grades as a language, but yea I don't understand why we have to learn it, never took it in HS so was interesting, but all I remember is the basics and things like noir or something!
SKA probably will develop the young guys for the NHL and get paid.
hes gonna either be good or a shane wright !!!!
let's be honest here, english is one of the easiest language to learn
english being a hard language is defenetly wrong lmao just name me 1 language easier to learn? as a language learner i can assure you english is the easiest french is hard german is hard japanese is hard portuguese is hard but english is easy
And... Patrik Laine
English is the easiest language to learn
Mitchkov wanted to go Philly, well hope you can understand Tortorella when he is unloading on him, maybe it’s best Mitchkov doesn’t learn English
I could care less about Mitchkov, sure he’s skilled but Reinbacher can be a stud on RD which if so would be worth his weight in gold.
Neither Reinbacher nor Mitchkov are proven at NHL level, I like that there is little hype on Reinbacher which means less pressure.
Mitchkov could be a bust, he seems like a player that needs his libemates to feed him pucks where Demidov and Even Reinbacher are puck moving playmakers
Demidov already more ice time on CKA than Mitchkov
Reinbacher already has more time on North American than Mitchkov, once they go head to head we can put that draft choice to rest.
In my opinion
Demidov > Levchunov ‘24
Reinbacher > Mitchkov ‘23
Habs scouting is on point
Just another Habs fan coping I see. Michkov does not need teammates to feed him, his playmaking ability is just as good as his goal scoring.
Demidov got benched on Monday and his ice time will plummet soon. It's not Demidov's fault, Rotenberg is just a douche that cares nothing for players leaving Russia. Your opinion is fine but obviously biased.
michkov is sooo much better then demidov 😭
sucks for montreal to miss out on a superstar and have to settle for the consolation prize lol
They will both be incredible players
so is that why philly gm try overpaying blue jackets to get him?
@@JeanJames-ff3wx no he didn't , they wanted to take lindstrom lol
@@nadaduo1765 yes they 100% did wanna take him even michkov convince him to come to philly so badly on ig so which i think he was trying to say to him that he needs to refuse to play with another team includes the habs then philly gm try to take him for him and michkov to reuinted and be point-kuchrov duo but too bad jackets wasnt buying it they wanted both legs and both arms
@@nadaduo1765 that guy has a back problem which hes prob next kirby dach so they were 100℅ taking demidov
