I noticed on both of my steering wheel controls left/right, the rubbery film is bubbling and coming off, in rewatching your video I noticed you have the same issue. Any ideas on what can be done to fix the cosmetic issue? Also what type of Locktight product did you use for the steering wheel bolt?
Yes that is a common issue with that type of material. Especially when owners have oils/lotion or other scented chemicals on their hands. I have not researched it but I can come up with a solution for that. Either using a special wrap or a liquid type of plastic. Retaining the logos is the real issue. I'll keep you posted on that Frank

I also keep the MB scanner II in each vehicle, safe insurance to have in a pinch. Not as useful as STAR like you said but pretty good for what they are.. Nice video/info AND Wheel looks DOPE!
Very nice, good simple scanner for day to day use. Fits in our glove boxes too 🤓👌 thank you wheel is amazing working on my second video my other wheel is even better than this one for my E55

It's a must have if money is available. Really feels good sitting in the cockpit of the vehicle and grabbing a freshly made steering wheel.
