That was a cool thing Finn did he didn't arrest the kid who shot him & told him to leave.....probably didn't want him to end up in jail like his father.
This was the worst season finale of SVU ever. There was no depth and it felt like there was no context to the army guy being a rapist, yes I know he raped a female soldier but it just felt like he was a rapist purely for the sake of being the episodes villain.
