Zip Ties for the win! You can also use 550 cord to secure anything to you molle that's needed.

Yup I zip tied my water knife to my PFD when I was in Mountain Rescue, however that’s the only time I’d openly have a knife in public here in the uk because of our knife laws. For anything else it’s usually inside the pack somewhere

Add an elastic hairtie to the left end for extra security, doubled up slotted onto the carry hook of the sheath and then looped onto the knife handle.

I like it. If I did it, I'd likely put the first one through the hole in the bottom of the sheath, however it is unlikely to ever come undone the way you have it now.

That tourniquet looks like a knockoff, if so i wouldnt trust it at all. Geniuine tourniquets are a little pricey but worth every bit.
