90 hrs a week with 7 days working means 12+ hours of work per day. Lets me break my working life now as an example.. 1. I work in mumbai but stay at suburbs where in i have to travel for 1 n hlf hr or more to reach the office and same time back home. So the time i have to actually spend for work per day is more than 15hrs. 2. I have a house to look after, cook clean do laundry and i cannot afford a house help for each of the chores so who would do that if i have to stay away from home for 15 - 16 hrs a day without even a day off. 3. How about the physical health if the person cant even get 5hrs of sleep? Not talking about mental health more as that seems to be a taboo in many of such people's pov.

most of companies see only top employees and they think they pay well for them and its true, but mid and low level employee already work for low salary and asking them to work more for low salary is not fair. Apart from some IT employees, non-IT employees don't have saturday leave in most of the company. And the salary is also not increase as they increase for top level employees, they general give average hike percentage of company where majority hike goes to people already getting high salary.
