I do not have the pan pastels yet. What would you think of using them for big areas like the sky? Possible to do trees with pan pastels? And walls? Etc.. and do smaller details with pencil. Think that would be the only reason I would purchase.

I like them very much for bigger areas , especially for the sky but didn’t tried them on smaller things yet, I really enjoy working with them anyhow... so smooth and beautiful colors...
