It's alright, mate. Everyone's a little bit in love with Ronnie. He's complicated, troubled, contrary but a loveable rogue and immensely talented. Even the people that hate him feel something for him🤷🏼♀️
Yes. Hell yes. I love his reactions and I’ve been waiting for soooo long for him to hit the Ronnie rabbit hole. I’m so stoked to see the vampire reactions! Great job my man. Keep these reactions up. I love this channel
If you like funny Ronnie and haven't heard it yet, look up Good Girls Bad Guys. You will DEFINITELY appreciate this one! 😂😂😂😂💯No clue how he pulls these things off! It's great
I think anyone who has escaped the Hell of serious addiction feel’s everything Ronnie is trying to convey !!! If you know, you know…. If you don’t know consider yourself BLESSED!…. Take Ronnie’s example….. WE CAN AND DO RECOVER!!
I’ve said this before, in the first one, it feels all bravado, the lyrics are dark, but the music is upbeat, like he’s putting on a mask. I’m in trouble, but I’m fronting it out, everything is good, hey it’s a party. The second one, that mask has dropped and you can feel the truth of his pain and desperation. Ronnie wrote this song in solitary when he was in prison. Ronnie is a mad talented cat. Oh the girl…merely a representation of the cover of the album this song was originally on.
yo you hit it so well. just look at Im not a Vampire. the tone shift is SO HARD. its really shows that hes trying to move past his drug problems and other issues and he is taking his old popular songs and putting them into his new perspective of how things REALLY are. thats why he is a GOAT
The song is basically about self reflection. Ronnie said it's basically him talking to himself looking in the mirror saying "I'm my worst energy I do the worst damage to myself more than anyone else can do to me". It's referencing his past experiences
In this one he's talking about his own drug addiction (now sober). And the *you* it's referring to is a personification of that. Ronnie is a self taught pianist. The prom queen in the Reimagined version is a call back to the cover of the original album this song appeared on "The Drug In Me Is You". At 13:43 when he's belting his lyrica you'll notice the vampire fangs. Those are a call back to another song of his and a foreshadowing of his Revamped version of it, I'm Not A Vampire. So many little things in this song and video for his fans. He said he wrote this for us. And we feel and appreciate it. The man is an extremely talented vocalist, songwriter, producer, musician, etc. He does it all. So underrated and underappreciated. And because of his genres of music and lyrics he'll never when a Grammy though he's far more deserving than most.
Depression. This is what the girl in the second (and maybe also the first) represent. Depression makes you "high on misery". It's addictive. It "trie[s] to help" but it can't", yet depressed people keep demanding more because that's the refuge, the comfort zone. It's a weird state, you just go along acting as if everything's normal, yet you are empty inside. And deeply unhappy. Maybe even broiling dark thoughts. That last scene in the flame, those cries, it's pure sadness. I'm still tearing up hearing it.
Awesome reaction. I'm so glad you liked it. A little background info: Ronnie wrote this when he was still in prison, fighting to become clean from heroin and looking at himself in the mirror. So I'm pretty sure he was talking about an actual drug. I've heard that the sentence "your secrets keep you sick, your lies keep you alive" is often used in drug addiction related therapy. But a lot of Ronnie's songs are ruthless honest about his emotions and mistakes, but still leave room for personal interpretation of the listeners. FiR started out as a "scene band" whatever that means exactly (I lived under a rock during this time). Their basic was somwhi in the emo/post hardcore genre, while already starting to experiment with some genre mixing. Sad lyrics, mixed with fu videos and upbeat music are pretty typical for emo music. 9 years later Ronnie have the lyrics the music and the video they deserved. The blond girl in the reimagined video is the cover girl from the album the original version was on. She was the stereotypical emo girl. Ronnie didn't play the piano in the recording, but the guy who came up with the idea for the arrangement. Since Ronnie is a very good pianist and a perfectionist I'm almost certain, that he knows how to play the piano part and played it in the video. Here are some more Falling in Reverse suggestions: F*** You And All Your Friends, Chemical Prisoner, Bad Girls Club (it would be awesome if you checked out the official video, but also the intro of the song love at the house of blues 2015 first in the same video. I promise it's worth it). Ronnie Radke: A**hole, Devil, Destiny, Fair Weather Fans Oh, and Tom MacDonald and Adam Calhoun dropped Fire Emojis today. Not sure if you want to keep the chronological order with Tom's songs or make an exception for a new track. Greetings from Germany
What does it for me are the gasps of air he takes in between the chorus ... Once you hear it you can't unhear it. They are so loud and raw it makes me weak 😭
I have been putting off watching this one my daughter loved this band and I have heard this sooo many times. We lost her in 2017 so I know she would be smiling hearing this song. Thank you 😊.
You know whats funny, ever since that first release I always had this feeling like. " I like the song, but the lyrics seem to fit a much darker classical tone". I could never shake that feeling. The minute they released reimagined, it all fell into place for me. Amazing
Great reaction! The girl in the reimagined version is the girl off The Drug In Me Is You Album. I love the reimagined version. The first one was the first song he recorded after getting out of jail. He makes fun of it on Twitch all the time. He said he wasn't able to practice singing while locked up so he was very "rusty." I think now that he has found his style and voice is incredible he wanted a redo it to show how he wanted this song to feel. Also to show his growth from the first song to now.
I've been a fan of falling in reverse since I was like 11. when I first saw Ronnie's reimagined of 'the drug in me is you' and it came to the scene of the blong girl with the crown, blue dress, black makeup and red lipstick I flipped out. cause if you know know the album( or you can just look it up lol) then you know that on the cover is a young blonde girl with a crown, a blue dress, black makeup and red lipstick. I truly felt like he was doing a full circle moment, to their first album 'the drugs in me is you' and used the girl on the front of their album.
What I got from the reimagined video..He was obsessed with this girl for a very long time but it was bad for him. So he did one final ballad to her and got all his anger out. They can't be together, even tho she's standing there ready to be with him at the end, perfect like a prom queen, he's like "nah, you need to stay in my past, you can't keep me in this trance anymore because I'm burning everything down"
I just stumbled on this post today. Glad to see that you are playing both versions of this song. The vocal progression of Ronnie since the early days is absolutely incredible. I only wish that someone, just one person would have taken him under his or her wings, and developed his obvious abilities. It's not easy to find an actual vocal talent. I can't begin to understand where he would be by now. I never heard of him as I am older, but when I heard his remakes, I was absolutely shocked. I see some of that in your reaction. I truly wish that he is being given the opportunity to create something astronomical. ( yeah, he is mind blowing! It's OK to say that, even for you. If anything, I had learned a lot throughout my life. Enjoy the ride as other fan of his do.)
I was really looking forward to your reaction to these two. Sean Rooney, an Irish composer, composed the piano and played it on the studio version of "Reimagined". Ronnie is playing the piano in the video (enough so that people who know piano say he is really playing the song), but the studio recording is Sean. Ronnie does play the piano. But...Ronnie's voice...just wow! Reimagined is one of my favorite songs. Someone else already commented that he wrote the song in prison, looking in the mirror, so the drug is basically himself (all the troubles he caused for himself with drugs, etc.). You can't possibly have any panties left to throw. They must all be left on the stage for FIR and Queen :)
Fun Fact actually, that Ronnie Confirms in his reaction to Knox Hills Reaction to Popular Monster I believe: The courtroom from The Drug In Me Is You is the same one as in Popular Monster, he killed everyone in the Court.
I always saw these two songs as one being the struggle with addiction and that it’s fun and yeah there’s consequences but fuck it because we all die anyways (this being the drug in me is you) but then there’s a burn out and a loss and then there’s no one left in your life so you’re left all alone with all your secrets and sins until one day someone comes and accepts you for those and helps you burn all those past mistakes to the ground and you will forever still have that apart of you but you can move on from those (this being Reimagined). And it makes a nice full story when they are put together. That’s why I love FIR so much. There’s always so much depth.
It's absolutely incredible how you take a song like the first one with such a different vibe and completely reconstruct it into a masterpiece like the reimagined version. Makes you think how many songs with very deep meanings get tossed to the waste side because the way it's portrayed is in a not very serious way.
The drugs in me is you emo rock & roll vibes and the drugs in me is reimagined ballad version and then ronnie is amazing he can do rapping, screaming, beautiful singing & good playing piano so talented
Ok, the "I'm not saying all black people look a like...but they do." got the sub. First thing to make me laugh out loud today. Obvious comedy is best comedy brother. Keep it up.
Had many friends over the years commit suicide or lose it to the pills. In 2016 my best friend killed himself and I just couldn't get right. Their music gave me my life back. As a musician myself, I know how hard it is to do what they do. I am not grateful to God or the Universe, I am grateful to Ronnie and his crew. It truly is something special.
Ronnie has taken Falling in Reverse to a new level after getting out of Prison, thats why he does the revamps. he is an amazing vocalist and he is now trying to express himself free of addiction. thats why the revamps take the over hyped songs from his past and put them in his true frame of mind. and his singing is now WAY more dynamic. it gives better context to how he felt with the old songs, with the same lyrics but with the TRUE meaning behind them through the visuals and tones. its amazing what he has done. continue to cover him.
No. Falling In Reverse didn't even form until he was out of prison. He wrote that first album mostly while he was in prison. The old version came out in 2011...be got out of jail in 2010.
Idk if anyone said this but he came out with the reimagined version specifically for fans on the 10 year anniversary of when the original came out! He’s also an incredible live performer!
Love your commentary man haha def a naturally funny dude. The part about him singing to you and the panties being wet had me laughing for real haha. Keep up the good work.
As I understand it, an Irish(?) pianist enjoyed the original so much that he wrote and recorded this piano version and sent it to Ronnie. Ronnie liked it and had it professionally recorded and then did the rest of the work to create this reimagined version
To me, the drug in me is you is the high and reimagined is the low. It's amazing how the exact same song can sound so different. Reimagined is pure art and the other one is more commercial. Awesome reaction vid bro
I'm so very glad you did yhis song back-to-back. I eill never forget the first time I heard the reimagines version. After it had been years since I heard the original, I immediately recognized the lyrics and was simply floored at how the turned the song around. Totally different song now! Great reaction from you!!!
What an awesome reaction!! Love these songs already, and I love most when a reactor sees things in the songs that you never saw before. You did that for me with this reaction in the comparison of the colors and feel of the songs on comparison with addiction, etc. Thanks very much. That was awesome!!!
Yes! Great reaction🤟 Ronnie is going to keep surprising you in the best way! He is such a great artist that keeps evolving! I can't wait for the I'm Not A Vampire double feature! Zombified is a definite must asap!!🔥
Aye TooBlunt!!! Another great reaction, super stoked for the I’m not a vampire & revamped play through. Glad you did this one first 👍🏼see ya on the next one 💯
Great vid! The girl in reimagined is the girl from the album cover of the first song. And i heard somewhere that even the notes of the solo is the same, just played on guitar in the original version and piano in the reimagined one!
Since you've been going down the rabbit hole of great female metal singers. Might i suggest Circle with me - Spiritbox live one take performance. Courtney Laplante is another crazy singer you must hear.
I’m digging the thoughtful reactions. Fans appreciate people taking their favorite musicians seriously. I’d love to suggest two of my favorites “Question” by System of a Down “Laid to Rest” by Lamb of God Both are musically complex and have deep lyrics
Reimagined is my all time favorite song. It's just so beautifully done . Can't wait to see what you think about I'm not a vampire and it's counterpart.
Yeah the first one was upbeat and kinda fun, this one just hits you right in the feels, does too me anyway. You can really feel the pain and emotion. Ronnie is a very talented person.
The girl in the blue dress and tiara is the girl off the original album cover. It's so awesome how Ronnie Radke translated the guitar solo into the piano solo. This is my favorite one. RIP Derek Jones. I'm Not a Vampire and I'm not a Vampire Revamped is the same way however the Video for the Revamped version is a masterpiece. Filmed at his actual home and has his girlfriend Paige in it. She is a former WWE Diva.
Love your content man! Anthony Vincent AKA Ten second songs just did a cover of the show must go on and it's crazy good, and the reason he did it is even better
Bro awesome video. You kept everything simple and elaborated very well on your take on both songs. Reimagined is so very powerful and you can literally feel Ronnie’s emotions when he sings. I hope you get the chance to experience the original version of I’m not a vampire and the re take on it as well. Definitely shouldn’t miss out. Stay safe bro ✌🏼.
You should check out Fire From The Gods especially their song Excuse me. Or if you think you're ready, Ice Nine Kills (they do horror movie inspired songs)
Dude! Another amazing reaction! I absolutely love this pair of songs, and again your insight is fantastic! Watching your face during the Reimagined version was a reflection of exactly how I felt when I saw it for the first time. Can't wait to see your reaction to I'm Not a Vampire and the Revamped version. They are incredible, and you won't be disappointed.
It's really interesting there's 2 songs. Essentially, they're exactly the same. Same lyrics, same singer, same band... Same same same But, the first version is a basic early 2000's punk pop song your hear on the radio crossing the strip. Absolutely nothing wrong with any of that. It's fun. The second version, is one of the best, heartfelt, broken, and sorrowful pieces of music ever created by the genre. From "just another song" to masterpiece. And all it took was age
Jinjer and Falling In Reverse are my two favorite too!! I’ve been sucked into The Weeknd’s new album for the last few months, but I’m always here for them 🖤🖤
You want another absolute monster song for the gym? Try "Pump it" by Electric Callboy if you havent already. "We got the moves" and "Hypa Hypa" are also crazy. Its music that makes you feel like youre on cocaine. Many of their songs are insane energy but Pump It in particular is specifically for the gym.
That last "can't you see" always gets me. So much emotion...like begging her to realize how much she is hurting him...even though he still cares for her...but knows the relationship is toxic.
Haha I just love you as a reactor. You're awesome. Next I'm not a vampire/I'm not a vampire revamped. It will totally blow your mind. Then- Zombified- a new one that came out in January.
It's alright, mate. Everyone's a little bit in love with Ronnie. He's complicated, troubled, contrary but a loveable rogue and immensely talented. Even the people that hate him feel something for him🤷🏼♀️
Awesome!! Next… same thing…two tracks done differently….I’m Not A Vampire and the Reimagined version …. Get ready for that one…..amazing!! 🤘🤘🔥🔥
That'd be awesome!
You got it !
Yes. Hell yes. I love his reactions and I’ve been waiting for soooo long for him to hit the Ronnie rabbit hole. I’m so stoked to see the vampire reactions! Great job my man. Keep these reactions up. I love this channel

I'm not a vampire revamped is such a beautiful song definitely different it carries a completely different message despite the same text

Same girl too, actually

The panties comment 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Way too accurate.
Ronnie is awesome. He isn't afraid to speak his mind and speak openly. It's refreshing. TY for covering. ZOMBIFIED is INCREDIBLE!
What I got from the reimagined video..He was obsessed with this girl for a very long time but it was bad for him. So he did one final ballad to her and got all his anger out. Fun Fact actually, that Ronnie Confirms in his reaction to Knox Hills Reaction to Popular Monster I believe:

Courtroom is there again and now all of them are zombies in zombified

more truer an artist than many could ask for......
regards legends
Ronnie and Falling In Reverse are nothing but amazing!!!
The drugs in me is you emo rock & roll vibes and the drugs in me is reimagined ballad version and then ronnie is amazing he can do rapping, screaming, beautiful singing & good playing piano so talented
Im not a vampire (original and revamped) please, has a similar experience/shift
Ronnie's voice has improved dramatically since they did the original. He's a phenomenal artist and singer
I absolutely love your reaction and reviews!
Ronnies reimagined work is insane 🖤
Your like the only to catch the drug in me is you, and im so high on misery. Good job. So many people skip over that.
We all have that one drug in us right? Lol Ronnie’s a damn genius
Great reaction bro
And this is why we love Ronnie soo much. He's versatile and always keeps us entertained.
Great reaction!!
Except that Ronnie was not playing that piano not was he pass mmm/m/05/0
The girl in the video looks just like the albums cover too
Idk if anyone said this but he came out with the reimagined version specifically for fans on the 10 year anniversary of when the original came out! He’s also an incredible live performer!
Love the chill but thoughtful reaction. You’re awesome!
Love your commentary man haha def a naturally funny dude. The part about him singing to you and the panties being wet had me laughing for real haha. Keep up the good work.
The evolution of his voice is really amazing and the ability to make the original into a beautiful ballad is crazy. Great video as usual 👏
Subbed for this! Keep the Ronnie train going!! He has so much talent! Thanks for doing this!! Loved it!!
As I understand it, an Irish(?) pianist enjoyed the original so much that he wrote and recorded this piano version and sent it to Ronnie. Ronnie liked it and had it professionally recorded and then did the rest of the work to create this reimagined version
If I may, I would love to suggest "Champion"

Ronnie Radke - from Emo Rock to Metal to Rap to Rock Opera with vocal range to tie them all together.
Yes! Great reaction🤟 Ronnie is going to keep surprising you in the best way! He is such a great artist that keeps evolving! I can't wait for the I'm Not A Vampire double feature! Zombified is a definite must asap!!🔥
Great reactions! You need to jump down the Ren rabbit hole! Will not disappoint
Aye TooBlunt!!! Another great reaction, super stoked for the I’m not a vampire & revamped play through. Glad you did this one first 👍🏼see ya on the next one 💯
This is the best reaction channel. Watched the popular moster amd trilogy videos and the analysis was fantastic.
:) happy you enjoyed. Thanks for the feedback !
I loved the reaction you have a new subscriber. I love Ronnie and falling in reverse. keep up the great content.

Great reaction!! Looking forward to you doing I'm not a vampire and the revamped version by FIR!
Glad I found this channel. Ronnie Radke is his own genere
I miss Jacky sooooo much, he’s just the best guitar player!!! (He left the band still friends, he just wanted to move on & do his own thing!) 🖤
Whenever I want to watch the trilogy videos I come to you cuz you do it so well.
I’m digging the thoughtful reactions. Fans appreciate people taking their favorite musicians seriously.
I’d love to suggest two of my favorites
“Question” by System of a Down
“Laid to Rest” by Lamb of God
Both are musically complex and have deep lyrics
Holy shit... I'm so excited!!!!!!!
Reimagined is my all time favorite song. It's just so beautifully done . Can't wait to see what you think about I'm not a vampire and it's counterpart.
Awesome reaction...love the respect for Ronnie 🔥🤘🔥
So glad u doing these
Zombified is a must! Amazing lyrics and visuals! ⚡
Reimagined definitely carries the tone and seriousness of the lyrics way better, I love it
The court room in popular monster is a a reference to the drug in me is you court room..like the aftermath
Lol loved your reaction Ronnie is so,so talented. Can't wait for you to listen to I'm not a vampire and revamped.
Subbed I've been loving your FIR reactions
You should check out Fire From The Gods especially their song Excuse me.
Or if you think you're ready, Ice Nine Kills (they do horror movie inspired songs)
YES INK!
Just got another subscribe, love you dude❤
Hey man I love your videos!
Just so you know,,, the whole album the drug in me is you is amazing!
Yes! Awesome! More please! 🔥💜🔥
Fun fact, the court room that was used for the first Drug In Me Is You music video was later reused for the courtroom scene for Popular Monster!
Dude, you're such a smart gifted TH-camr. I hope it works out for you.
:) lol thanks for the comment.
It's really interesting there's 2 songs. Essentially, they're exactly the same. Same lyrics, same singer, same band... Same same same
But, the first version is a basic early 2000's punk pop song your hear on the radio crossing the strip. Absolutely nothing wrong with any of that. It's fun.
The second version, is one of the best, heartfelt, broken, and sorrowful pieces of music ever created by the genre. From "just another song" to masterpiece. And all it took was age
Who else has has seen a 1000 reactions to this, and still come to see their reaction for the first time?
Greet reaction g! That’s a sub right there
I love your reactions! Great work!!! Keep it up!
Jinjer and Falling In Reverse are my two favorite too!! I’ve been sucked into The Weeknd’s new album for the last few months, but I’m always here for them 🖤🖤
Great reaction! Subbed ❤
Didn't know if you noticed but the courtroom in "the drug in me is you" video is the same court room he used to film "popular monster"
Did not notice that lol
Fun Fact: Freddie Mercury(Queen) & Eminem are 2 of Ronnie's inspections
Bravo!
That courthouse is the same one he filmed popular monster in 😊
Ronnie is an amazing musician. FIR is 🔥
Subbed... loved the reaction!
Panty droppin' comment so on point 😆
You want another absolute monster song for the gym?
Try "Pump it" by Electric Callboy if you havent already.
"We got the moves" and "Hypa Hypa" are also crazy.
Its music that makes you feel like youre on cocaine.
Many of their songs are insane energy but Pump It in particular is specifically for the gym.
Just started listening to them last week. Those 3 tracks are absolute BANGERS
That last "can't you see" always gets me. So much emotion...like begging her to realize how much she is hurting him...even though he still cares for her...but knows the relationship is toxic.
Some of his early stuff is great too. Check out "Raised By The Wolves". He throws shade at his old band. Lol." Straight to Hell" is another good one.
Interesting fact. The courtroom in the first drug in me is you is the same one in popular monster
Haha I just love you as a reactor. You're awesome.
Next I'm not a vampire/I'm not a vampire revamped. It will totally blow your mind.
Then- Zombified- a new one that came out in January.
You got out :)
Ronnie Radke is a musical genius
you must see the im not a vampire and reimagined song . also check out his solo rap songs something like " never the same"
Ronnie is our Generations Musical Genius on the level of Beethoven or some of the other legends.
I know I'm commenting a lot lol but also about the panic at the disco thing, check out death of a Batchelor
