Love how descriptive you are and really take the time to be very detailed on your fix it projects. Definitely subscribing to your channel, as I have a 2006 Weekend Warrior with a few hiccups in it. Using your advise on fuel station. Next the Onan generator and its gremlins...thanks again..
Thanks for the video. One thing to remember. If you are using a power tool with brushes you can have an immediate 🔥 fire. Brushless impact is less dangerous. Once i got some carb spray or brake clean on my brush impact, pulled the trigger and instantly it was on fire. Safety First. I got a new to me Toy Hauler and the pump inner seal bleeds fuel out the pee hole if you turn the pump switch on for a couple seconds and don't pull the nozzle handle. Will dig into it and replace the seal. Thanks again.
Thank you! This is by far the best tutorial I have found for pump station repair. I have a 2018 palomino puma toy hauler that the pump does not turn on. There are no bad fuses in the circuit breaker panel. Do you have an idea where the fuse may be? Again thanks. Great video.
My fuel station door was locked on a brand new toy hauler and it somehow opened in the lock position. Fuel hose and handle got drug down the 10 freeway and completely destroyed it. Replaced it with a long hose and swivel nozzle. I now strap the house inside in case the door ever pops open again.
Thanks for the video, my pump runs, but won't pump. The tank is full thought you might cover something in your video about that. This will be helpful if I have to drop my pump.
Good info. I have a problem with my fuel station pump also. Replaced the generator pump and cleaned the bowl and new filters it still runs bad if at all. Think I have gunk in the tanks causing issues. Any recommendations would be great.
Damion Johnson , For your generator you need to remove the plastic on the elevation adjusting screw so that you can pull the crew and clean it . Make sure you count how many turns it is factory set sitting screw and counting turns . Clean jets in carb as well . Mine always surged until I cleaned the elevation screw.
What is the tank on auxiliary tank in a truck or toy hauler my toy hauler will create a vacuum especially if it’s full if I don’t crack the lid the less fuel in the tank the longer it would take to build a vacuum sounds stupid but it can happen

My pump runs, but will only pump out gasoline if the tank is less than a 1/3rd full. Any suggestions??
