I don't think this is the correct terms of explaining illness to your doctor.
Feeling sick is ( you feel mauseous and want to vomit/ puke)
I am sick means -you are having acrive sicknes/ vomiting
Also, adding ache doesn't work all the time
Yes - ear +ache is earache
Tooth+ache is toothache
But we don't use throatcache
It is sorethroat,
Throatache ( I never heard this from a native english speaker)
My son will come and tell me
"Mummy I feel poorly today and I was sick at school
My earchurts and got sore throat. I think I caught the same bug as his friend as it is catching.
