How do you make it work that way, could you explain? I have good hardware but I can't get it to run that smoothly. Is it a modified version of the emulator or what?

This is just stock MAME. I have a Ryzen 5 5600G 3.90ghz CPU and RTX 3060 which is why it runs so smooth.
