He didn't mention it at the time, but PCM is "pulse-code modulation" - which means "digital" encoding. He's doing work with the G6 spinet. I have an F5 which looks like the same controls but it is a console. I has two full 61-note keyboards and a 25-note pedalboard. And it still sounds great after too many years.
Great organ - my similar EX 70 was discovered to be overloud and the programming quite restrictive. I had the optional disk drive. The Hammond sounds and rotor effect are very good. The Organ-String footages are the best - unlike many other instruments. Using Slow-Attack and a slower rotation speed - makes for good pipe organ. Clarinet is a rich solid sound, but watch that MIDDLE C with it ! ! !
It is probably a TECHNICS EX 70 then, as this video is also supposed to cover that model too ! These are great organs - but very loud, and that spoils the overall performance. I must add that here in the UK - this multi-coloured organ was sold as a TECHNICS G 7. Blackpool Tower organist Phil Kelsall had one before his YAHAMA FX20 and TECHNICS GA3 - FA 1.
@@anorganlover6281 EX70 has 44 note keyboards, this one has 49 so its a G6, that actually is an EX70 with 49 note keyboards. But I never saw a coloured one, like the G7/C700 and C600. Great organs!
Does anyone have a clue how to change the octave on an EX-15? So that any key you press is transposed up or down a full octave? The transpose slider won't do a full octave, the octave -/+ buttons do change the music display to suggest it's moved down or up an octave, but none of the sound changes. Pls help I am very stuck here, spent days trying to work it out and can't find a simple explanation for how to do it anywhere online, thanks

When was EX70 made?
Ich hatte diesen Bock als C700. War der Fehler meines Lebens. Sau schwer und klobig. Soviel Geld ausgegeben, für diese Teil.
