This feature is only available after 2023.
Perhaps, you can use spot elevation tags instead to show the levels of your floors?

create a rentable area plan and if you need, you can create area boundaries manually to make deductions if any. Alternatively you can also take a total area of all rooms. depends on what is your method for calculating carpet area.
