Wish I had seen this yesterday... I changed the direction of walk by flipping the character from left to right, only to find it messed up all the other actions in that timeline, so had to split the character timeline and redo all the actions I had done - and that was only left to right, adding perspective as the character walks towards and away from the camera is amazing - many thanks
Thank you so much for taking the time to explain this! I've looked at other CreateStudio instruction videos and they just go through the steps too quickly and/or don't explain in enough detail for this beginner :)
Ali, thank you very much for this very well done tutorial. It helped me a lot to (finally) understand how the change between different forms of movement can be harmonious. Thank you!!!

@@createstudioprousersby-ali I'm just getting started with Create Studio 3, I use Cartoon Animator Five for 90% of my cartoons so I am used to the walk animations to be almost perfect steps, I'll get used to the Create Studio animations. I really enjoy your channel.
I just started with CS, and I do not see the animation; " talking". CS support says they don't have that. This was the response from CS support. Unfortunately, CreateStudio's characters only have preset actions. It's not possible to introduce custom movements to the characters.
This is the best explanation I've seen so far for these actions. Thank you!! It is quite tricky if you fail to follow the correct sequence.
Thanks a bunch! Glad you found it helpful
I have been going nuts trying to figure this out. You did an incredible job explaining this perfectly! Thank you!
I'm glad this has helped you
Thank you, Ali. You are such a gem to the CS3 community. How blest we are to have you and your talents to share.
Thanks a bunch! I appreciate your feedback and glad you found my tutorials helpful.
That was amazing Ali, I understanding so much better. I’m not sure if I can do it alone yet. But like you said practice!
You can do it!

Great tutorial. I would like to see other walking action such as this.

Awesome video! Thank you so much. How do you put tom behind the counter? Do you have it explained in another video?
Thank you! Watch this video and it should help you understand how to do that.

Thank you. Very useful.

Great Lesson! Any way to keep her feet from skating instead of walking?
That's what this tutorial is all about. Which part are you missing?

@gonzo2.0 Thank you! I use CTA5, too. A huge difference between both apps.
I think he is referencing how the planted foot seems to slide when it should be stationary while walking?
Exactly what I needed to know.
Thank you!
Cam we apply these movements to all characters or just paid ones?
Walking is for all characters. Spinning characters is only for 3D creators, and they're free.
Finally found the answer I was looking for
I'm glad you found it helpful
Thank you, When i let the doodle dog walk, its almost runing, way too fast. How can i set the speed of it? Thanks for reply :)
Happy to help. You can extend the walking action as well as the position animation.
Thank you so much
You're most welcome
Very helpful 👌 ☺️
Thank you!
at 5;57, i have standard and platnium deal and yet I don't have the talking animation , why ?
Tom doesn't have a talking action, but when you apply lipsync, it will work with all actions.
excellent
Thank you!

Tom is the only character in the 3D creator that doesn't have a talking action. You can still lipsync audio with any of his actions.
Thanks for that info.
My cs studio always requires me to connect to the Internet while I work. How do I resolve this issue
Also is there a manual for cs studio
Very helpful
Thank you!
Seems like a lot of faffing around for just a simple action...older animators do this easier and more logically and with 3d sets and props that work.
Rigging characters is much more complicated than this! It's pretty simple in CreateStudio once you get the hang of it.
Your comment seems superfluous to me. Ali made this tutorial for CS. And not for other programmes.
Very helpful
Thank you 😊
