Does the new law affect the timetable for decisions on a Regional level for the implement of grants and remands?
@Darryl Hudson, the timeframe for implementing grants is supposed to remain the same under the new system. However, with VA's current backlog, it is possible that it can take anywhere from 3-6 months to have a grant implement, if not, in some cases longer. So once the bva issues a decision and or part goes back to the ro, there's no way to track the process and where it sits?
@Darryl Hudson, many veterans use www.ebenefits.va.gov/ebenefits/homepage to track their VA disability claims and appeals. However, you can also reach out to your local Regional Office to ask about the status of your claim.
Having trouble getting my claim approved and fighting for service connection even though it’s in my service treatment records. Any suggestions ?

Can you talk about REMAND, my hubby has had 4 hearing test from VA and two outside Audoglist and has serious hearing lost, why does he keep having to go threw these test

As you can see they keep saying when the deny you case!!! SMH all odds are against us!!
