Parece mentira, pero creo que las pupusas saben mejor en el extranjero. Supongo que es la calidad de los ingredientes. Los chicharrones hechos con posta de cerdo son, obviamente, excelentes. Nada qué ver con los desperdicios de carne que usamos en El Salvador. Y usar queso mozzarella en vez del queso cremado salvadoreño, ni hablar. Y la masa, también. Pero hay algo en los ingredientes "oriyinales" que le da a las pupusas otro "toque". Gracias por subir la receta en inglés para todos los descendientes de salvadoreños que viven allá y no hablan español. why do you use oil?? I've watched so many videos and most don't use oil. Is it better to use a little oil? Also, have you tried covering the cooking pupusa to see if they cook faster?
Demasiado aceite en el comal, no es necesario ponerle, los ingredientes que lleva la pupusa tienen suficiente grasa por eso se ve como que son pupusas fritas.
