Sieg's dragon attribute bonus only effectively working on Riders 90% of the time _is_ unfortunate, but with how strong it is, he's effectively hitting neutral class advantage against them, so it doesn't matter that much, especially for his main use which is arts looping.
They can always buff her more in the future. MHX has every skill AND noble phantasm buffed, so she went from one of the worst servants in the game to a very good one
