yeah i knew about night of nights for about 5 years before knowing its name, and it took me about a year more to find out it was from touhou, composed by ZUN from the KFAD... Man, KFAD1+2 were some the biggest deals in VGM remixing and appreciation, and yet the channel is surprisingly not well known, or is treated as solely a meme channel. I truly hope that KFAD3 happens at 1million subs, or at least, smaller, smilar events. So much great fucking music gets made everytime, it's... just wonderful.
That doesn't mean that UNDERTALE is banned entirely, just that no contestant gets UNDERTALE itself as a source. Individual songs that happen to be from UNDERTALE are okay as long as also they also happen to fall under the contestant's sources.

Jevil would actually work pretty well as a KFAD contender since theres a NO UNDERTALE rule which means only no Undertale, but they never said there was a "No Deltarune" rule. He'd probably get songs from Deltarune, medieval songs, and clown related music. (Maybe he could be in a duo with Clownpiece too!)
Imagine if ZUN got Egoistic Flowers or RM started with The Interview. Still, they both got solid in this, so I'm not complaining, tbh I kind of wish they would team up for the next time... if there's a next time.

The Rhythm Master don't get all songs that appear in rhythm games; they just get the songs that are either originally from rhythm games or are well-known BECAUSE of their association with rhythm games. The World Revolving is not well-known for its association with rhythm games, and is thus not in the domain of the Rhythm Masters.
Honestly, I don't think there would be much. Any character with FNF as a source would probably end up demolishing because of people voting for what they already know rather than voting responsibly.
I feel like FNF would need to be treated the same as Undertale, no one contestant gets it, and only if there's a strong thematic reasoning. If there's a KFAD3, though, I guarantee you there will be a mashup with M.I.L.F., easily the best track from FNF.
