The tenko et410 I'm going to buy the .2 version now because I dont know if I was the only one but my diff cases on my et410 would break kind of easily hopefully they updated that abd made them stronger
Wish this was the same size of a stadium truck. Big and lightweight is more fun than heavy 1/8 buggies or should I say tanks. 1/10 2wd stadium trucks are the most fun to bash and race. Too bad Tekno doesn’t make 2 wheel drive. Tekno focuses too much on excessive steering. Tremendous steering is good, but steering response is so excessive that it’s hard to get into a flow or rhythm driving their 1/8 class. The wider chassis in the 2.0 helped a bit with the excessive responsive steering, but still not good enough to feel like a true driving pleasure. Not sure if the chassis is actually wider or if there is less side guards and more aluminum chassis width. Jared Tebo is washed up and never really recovered after the stress he dealt with in team checkpoint. The guy no longer drives to the limit. He’s more about consistency at a slower speed these days. That’s not how to race. It’s about using your skills to push vehicles to max potential. He’s not the same driver that he used to be. Used to push and test the limits first and then for the main have more understanding of what’s possible even with the track changes. Tebo drives like his past achievements are what’s gonna get him wins today. Sorry but when hired, employers want to see you do your best. Your resume only shows what you were capable of, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t put that kind of effort in present day.
I love this platform, but it came and went at our track in East Tennessee. 4wd Short course seems to be their favorite side class from our dominate 1/8th classes.
Rich, superior unboxing vid, as usual! If you get another chance to talk to the guys at Tekno, please ask them if an revamping or a new design is in the works for a 4wd SC. That platform is long overdue for an upgrade.
We'll, rumor has it that the team guys were running a prototype SCT a while back. I'm not sure if it will be a lighter weight version - think ET410.2 with a lengthened chassis or a SCT410 2.0. But I know it's in the works...just not sure when it will be a reality
The RCNetwork thanks for the reply Rich; I’m eager to see it and buy it of course. Look forward to the RC Network review vids for it when they grace us with the new design!
Ιt is the first time watching your videos. I must say I am really impressed. You took video editing to the next level.I am between Et410.2 and Et48 whenever will be released. What is your opinion, is this as durable as the Et48?I bash and race.
Thanks for the nice compliments! The ET410.2 is pretty tough - based on the EB410.2, it has a reputation for being the most durable 1/10th scale 4wd platform. Make sure you know the difference in size - the ET410 is very small when compared to the ET48. The other cool thing on the ET410.2 - you can drop in a 540 sized 4 pole motor like the Pro4 from Tekin or 3652 Xerun from Hobbywing and have a ton of power for bashing - it can even take Traxxas Slash (offset) short course wheels/tires
Depends on what you pick for electronics. Budget, likely another 400+ for electronics, wheels/tires. No budget, another $1000. But most people that buy these are already invested in a radio system, batteries and have wheels/tires on hand.
My ZT 0609 is anything but dull…..I was tearing into the box and not the tape like the second cut, if you watched…but I guess there’s always assholes that need to make shitty comments on videos that took serious work to do, but you wouldn’t know that
Favorite Tekno RC?

Rc community misses you👍🏻
Thanks...but I have been making videos! Just not as often as I once did
Awesome. Can’t wait to get mine 👍🏻🤟🏻
Its a typical Tekno kit - Great!
This looks like a cool fun build, I just finished building my 6.2 and I’m starting to practice anytime I can at OCRC too!
Nice! Maybe I'll see you at OCRC. here soon
Ah nice to see it got the .2 update..
Yes, very nice!

@@TheRCNetwork thanks for your answer I am officially I big fan of you! Greetings from Greece!
Thanks buddy!!
What is the average total cost to get it running?

I've been begging arrma to make 1/14 scale or 1/10 scale mini Talion or I'll do the losi mini T 14th scale
I just don't think it's in their wheel-house for a smaller scale vehicles. The Mini T is a 2wd, BTW
first here wow, teknos kit always amaze me
Yep, they're great kits. Thanks for being first!
I want to build one Rich 😳 So does this mean there will be a MT410.2 ??
Who knows.....
The MT410 is a completely different platform, but possibly we'll get a MT410 2.0 based on the EB48 2.0🤔
They're still not laser cutting the body huh
No, but it's an easy body to cut out...it's pretty square
Never enough tekno.
I agree!
You have a lot of money.
Its mostly a hobby, but I do get media samples sent in for the channel
@@TheRCNetwork Huh ok. By chance do you know how I could sell a Robinson Racing one piece hardened steel outputs?
Body 🙄
Yeah, it's a bit ugly
@@TheRCNetwork need the Jconcepts Finnisher
I don't like body 555
Yeah, it's like my pug......ugly at first, but then you get used to it
'You need a cool knife'.. then proceeds with embarasing dull knife cutting shot...
