While "Out of the Box Thinking" and "Innovative Approach" attracts followers, it also meets with its fair share of critics, who are unable to resonate with your goals due to vision discrepancies. These are usually the "Naysayers/Life Vampires", who are just as much entitled to their opinions as you are to your own. However, you must not let their harshness demean your rightfully earned worth. Jeff Bezos's Classic "Street Corner" analogy, articulates exactly how, and why other's opinions should hardly matter. It is more often than not, suggestive of the fact that they actually aren't thinking about you. Moreover, Tolerance is indeed a virtue. Therefore, you must build a good threshold to tolerating criticism, knowing well that "You cannot please everyone." Nevertheless, it is equally or more critical to create enough room for genuine and authentic feedback received from credible sources like your mentors and the inner trusted network, to refrain yourself from falling astray. In conclusion, "Influence Building" is an "Ultimate Game of Persistence", which needs to be played with immense grit and resilience. Thanks to Mr. Rajsekar for beautifully capturing the very essence of "Criticism Handling" in-depth through this video. Thanks and Warm regards, Snehal Bhende #ilhfamily
