I love that although Jim loves to screw with Dwight, he cared about Dwight enough to run down to the parking lot as soon as Dwight started yelling at 8:21.
At that point, Michael went somewhere. He's currently on charge. That's why he cared about it.
Jim is the best co worker and the sweetest guy ever
Jim in the first few seasons was not a golden angel. I picked up on his character as being lazy, smudge(only true fans will know) and pretty self-absorbed.

The actor of Andy did such a good job of being a hate able character when he was first on the show.
I didnt know ed helms was in the office. Thought he was just in the hangover.
Apparently in the episode where Dwight is gone and Andy proves to be a complete nuisance, Helms made a comment that his mom had to turn off the episode because she was so freaking annoyed with the character😂
That's when I think Andy was at his funniest, not that I didn't enjoy his character after he went to anger management

True. When I first watched the show I hated Andy so much I was glad when he was sent to anger management and thought he won't come back. Then he returned and I started liking him, in season 5 he became my favorite character LoL

A) a job that would have been eliminated when the other branch closed, as Scranton didn't have one before.
or;
B) A fake title Andy made up to impress Dwight, and try to assert dominance over him.
I'm leaning toward B.
@@vedantpophale7216 Whether you want to say closed or absorbed doesnt matter, the other branch was eliminated. They didn't bring along the other Supervisor, so why would they bring along a RDICOS? Also, Andy was only a salesman at the other branch, and Scranton DID NOT have a Regional Director Of Sales Position. (If you disagree, please tell me who held that position.) As I said before, the only time the title is referenced is when Andy uses it in this particular instance. Maybe you are implying Andy outranked Dwight, and therefore deserved a higher title?
That was always my guess too, since a director higher than a manager so if Andy was a Regional Director he'd be over the regional branch managers and it's clearly hes' not, he's just a sales guy (possibly a lead in Stamford but it's hard to tell from those scenes). But then again titles here are odd since Dwight is a salesman but is Assistant (to the) Regional Manager, which would imply some sort of non-sales administrative job I'd think.
What I actually think is that Andy was Stamford's Dwight. That is he was the assistant (to the) RM of Stamford (the dude who got promoted and then used it to leverage a position with Staples or wherever) so he may have used that Regional Director BS just like Dwight refers to himself as "Assistant Regional Manager".
The joke is they both gave fake titles because they both try so hard to be the number 2 guy in the office lmfao

With every rewatch one notices genius details in the writing. For instance, Andy asking Dwight about his knowledge of film in a smug tone, only to admit later that he couldn’t be a film critic when he thinks that Pam and Jim are film experts, is absolutely perfect and hilarious.
