There are workspace presets you can switch between. It’s built into CSP

If you don’t see your timeline, go to Window > Timelines and it should come up.

Check with the features of other software. The reason I’m reaching CSP is because that’s the software I use.

You draw it. Unless the studio is specifically cutting corners or going for a specific style, 9 times out of 10 they hire an actual human to draw backgrounds, just like most normal anime.

Have you used CSP desktop via astropad or other screen sharing apps on iOS? I’m not sure I want to pay a subscription fee the iPad version.
