      Really tho? What about the cop that had the Unsealed vile with O.J’s blood then all of the sudden there is blood on the gate that was not spotted before? And also people like to skip over the fact that mark Furman is on the tapes saying he hates interracial couples and he also had been to OJs house on a domestic violence call from Nicole and was then told to leave by NICOLE with no charges filed and also when Mark was at the house oj was holding a baseball bat that he furman had to basically threaten oj with his baton to get him to put the bat down. That was all the jury needed to know, that is reasonable doubt. Skipping over the tapes as most do is idiotic they provide reasonable doubt because Furman found the blood on the bronco without telling anyone that he was going down the street and also he found the glove while he was alone. I think oj is a stone cold killer that didn’t even cry for his wife. But that my friend especially to a mostly Black jury is reasonable doubt.

You see, to me, OJ is like a mystery shopper; you recognise them a mile away, you know their "guilty" demeanour, & you just go along with the script......... & when you bust him(expose him), he hops in his car & makes a break for it, just to give himself time to contemplate his next move/line....... All I can say is that if I'm innocent, I'M A STAND MY GROUND & DISPEL ALL ACCUSATIONS!!!! The 1st sign of guilt where you can't face up to your actions, is to RUN..... I’m so tired of that bull crap logic, of him acting out whether the glove fit or not. You can’t fake that. Stick to the the shrinkage and arthritis logic. Stop it with the acting logic. It’s not a good argument at all. It’s terrible for anyone to make it. Even worse for a decorated attorney like Marcia Clark to make it. Knock it off.

    • @calicodnikonian2774
      @calicodnikonian2774 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      A competent prosecutor would've had a team of investigators search out where the glove was bought and by whom, in an effort to prove the argument. IT PROBABLY was and the findings hidden away by the prosecution. It's called Due Diligence but in this case, it's called unfair and unlawful practices since defense attorneys are afforded the right BY LAW and jurisprudence to see and know what the evidence is against the suspect.

      But she's been milking the OJ Trial for decades, blaming others for her failures on paid lecture tours, book deals and paid TV appearances whenever she has a book out. She was given the no-win trial by other more experienced prosecutors; she was on the bottom of the proverbial totem pole. Darden was chosen to represent blackness, to ward off claims of biases, prejudice and racism. I NEVER liked OJ and his arrogant and wealth which he flaunted everywhere he opened his yap; I STILL think he's an arrogant schmuck's scumbag. But... what else can he be with a father that was a cross-dressing homosexual who lived openly with a "husband," and he later died of AIDS? OJ's characters flaws may well be attributed to the shame he lived with all his life.

    They suspected Fuhrman since January and the tapes came out on August. --- He confessed his hatred to black mean who spouse white women. He knew the Simpsons. In '85 as Nicole ran into his arms after she called the cops on OJ for domestic abuse case and Fuhrman was the cop who showed up. ___ Nothing happened that day as no charges were pressed, although ironically he wrote a report in ’89 (four years later), when he wasn't on that case. Why? Because he said the '85 case left him with “insurable impression". Of the 9 calls by Nicole, only Fuhrman wrote a report, a four years late report .
    This is the man who “found" the gloves. He pleaded the 5th when asked if he planted evidence! His tape recording were not all played in court. Surprisingly, similar words were uttered and written in request for a “risk pay" pension in early 80s. The defence had a long suspicion about Fuhrman at the start of the trial, the tape were discovered in late August. It just proved every suspicion about him.
    Not enough!! The sloppy work by the criminalists and the forensic team created many doubts. After OJ gave a blood samples, detective Vannater took the blood vial not to the lab, but to OJ's house, presumably to give it to the criminalists there. Ironically, they can't account for 1.5 millilitres of missing blood. The blood on the sock which the man who took it from the scene Mr. Fung, had EDTA (a blood preservative usually added to blood vials). And Mr. Fung initial note on the sock was that it didn't had any bloods on it.
    Doubts were all over the place for the jury. The alleged blood stained clothes and the knife was thrown out by OJ at the airport, but he was careless enough to leave a “bloody” sock on his bedroom.
    Kato Kaelin heard three loud bangs behind his room. The prosecution say OJ hit his head on the AC unit three times (like a loony tunes cartoon). There were no injuries on OJ's head. Ron Goldman had bruised knuckles, he fought for his life, yet no bruises on OJ's body.
    ⚠️ My point is, the defence created enough doubts, to make conviction on “beyond reasonable doubt" an impossible task

      @atletico ATM: You put any criminal case under a high-power microscope, you will find discrepancies, inconsistencies, errors, incompetence, unanswered questions, here and there. The same can be said even for simple traffic accidents. But when you look at those things in the context of this entire case, they don't amount to a hill of beans. Unless, of course you can pair a team of shyster lawyers with a distracted jury who can be easily bamboozled. So many details you've got wrong here, but the time 'twould take to educate you would be wasted on someone seemingly so incapable of reformation.
