23:17 yes, I learned a lot from remote work and one of the things I liked the most was learning
make coffee, but now all these experiences I give to my family, and I dedicate the correct time to remote work, I share with my colleagues the moments that are planned, what is where I can enjoy with my colleagues and friends, but my life family and personal is also very large and I have many personal relationships, so all things have a space and time, remote work benefits me from this

27:48 I liked what you said, the key to what you mentioned about using artificial intelligence is already part of the developer's life, since it is very difficult to separate what is from the developers, sometimes you have to regulate how the AI is used, but we are using to develop in local development environments, tools, such as copilot, openapi, gpt-turbo, chat-gpt, and we also integrate it into products, even in operations within the company, it is a fundamental skill today

32:42 what a nice takeaway, and as i listened i thought of this: remote work is a remote brain drain system, that's why a good salary is a key part of a good remote job, and always get human relations training as part of your career.

22:05 Remote work is having a well-established office, you can work where your family, your house, a good friend, and if you have good internet, a secondary screen, a good keyboard and mouse, you can deliver value to the company, to your coworkers, clients, etc.

15:51 of course, on many occasions the boss, the co-worker is on the other side of the screen and you have to be good people, we all have our own needs, and you have to be kind, don't forget: efficient, never take anything personal, participate in the community, and know how to express their emotions correctly.

6:56 This made me think something, Latin America is a factory of human talent, programmers of all kinds, seniors, mediums, juniors, all thanks to financial startups and all kinds of financial products, that we developers are very well trained, and we can train others, in other languages too

18:56 I don't know, I think it's not about being nice or not, it's about the way remote work takes, which is a product development model, and if we can't see or not, be friends or not, be colleagues work, where we are all on a development model and if we can have pleasant moments as a team, well planned, they call them rituals, and these integrate remote teams, all based on an agile development methodology, choose the one you want from so many that there, push it right and we'll all be fine, it's like a ship

6:14 I believe that a benefit of this business model is a freelance salary, where you can pay our general services and have good money left to live on, it is a good idea well managed by the freelancer

19:53 We all help each other to get good development products, in any language, but in English, even the code, stop thinking in Spanish and think in English, it's like the light switch
