Excellent video and description of this development to include the prices. The 2-bedroom townhome with an asking price of about $266,000, no dishwasher, and an over-range microwave is a bit high. I noticed the no tub in the master is a trend, but a tub in the secondary bathroom would be nice if the owner had children. The products used to complete the house are also above builder grade. Thanks for this video.

I wish Ja developers would consider put at least a room with a tub and kitchens with dish washer abd food disposal, if its there I didn't hear or see mention of it.

Like most of the new developments, this one did not carry a tub or dishwasher . Most persons seem to prefer shower enclosures. However, very high-end units may carry both.
