Thank you for your honest review. I agree, the product does not work as described. I sent mine back the same day I received it. I really wanted it to work. The company should be focusing on a redesign at this point.

I was getting ready to buy this! Cleared it with the wife, the whole bit! I’m in Australia so the whole if you’re out of the USA was red flag number 1. And the fact they just don’t work like they show you in the promo ads.

Yep, aeroband knows this product is a lie and I lost respect for some great drummers who actually endorsed it. Especially 66samus, he was more than happy to lie to all his followers. And then Cobus! Argh! No self respecting musician would promote it, aeroband is a lie and a scam.
Really appreciate the honesty!!!!!!!!!! You have real integrity and glad I went out of my way to watch this first!
Thanks I’m glad you enjoyed it. I think they really need to go back to the drawing board. Then they need to send me the new one so that I can review. Of course, they won’t because they’re mad at me now. It’s also a shame that they’re fighting people on refunds.
dude thank you for actually being honest with the product, i was thinking about getting this because i dont have a lot of room to set up a drumset, so i though wow this should be amazing, but that really seems to limit a drummer to kinda being a beginner. saved me 200$

Finalmente un video che mostra la realtà del prodotto e non dimostrazioni false su registrazioni post prodotte! Sicuramente è una tecnologia in fase di sviluppo, ma non deve esser il cliente finale a fare da “tester” a maggior ragione pagando per averlo! Se ne lanciassero un numero chiuso sul mercato mi offrirei volontario per lo sviluppo e test, ma credo che dovrebbero totalmente cambiare l’approccio di pubblicità e divulgazione informativa non totalmente trasparente!
Il minimo che posso fare è iscrivermi al tuo canale!

I’m on my 4th back and forth with customer service trying to get a refund. Their responses have been:
1. Hopefully we can come to an understanding
2. We encourage you to keep the product because you have to pay shipping fees
3. 35% refund and keep the product
4. We encourage you to keep the product because you have to pay shipping fees
5. 45% refund and keep the product
My responses have been cordial but direct: I want a full refund, I do not want to keep the product, I will pay shipping fees, please do not make me another partial offer, please give me an address to send the product back to.
i feel like they’re trying to wait me out so I either give up or end up outside the return window. 15 days left. This is the most frustrating customer service I have ever interacted with.

I was stoked when I saw some dude at a bar in the outside patio. I thought we were able to position the pieces where you need them? I tried for 2.5 hours. The highhat is behind my shoulder. Im hitting the toms where the snare should be. The ride must be connecting to planet pluto because it’s anywhere past halfway high or low. I hope im just screwing up with the set up. ?? Bummed.

I recently moved house and couldn't have my drums set up anymore. I had seen some bad reviews on this, I was hopeful though so I tried some. I agree they do not work. I sent mine back and got a refund.

Why you always pay w PayPal might be a while to get a refund sometimes but you usually get it
