Mrs. Canada Ezra is the only one in the wrong here. He lied and manipulated her from the begging of their relationship, so because of that she doesn’t trust him anymore. He realizes he’s in the wrong and that’s why he’s treading lightly, Aria has every right to be upset. It’s true that he doesn’t have to leave town, but Aria has far more roots than he does there, so it would also make sense for him to leave if they aren’t even getting back together. Aria was literally the main reason he lived in rosewood.
