what you need to do is find a horse and a saddle and try to find 2 and breed till you find the fastest then go to the nether and hold W and yeah just wait a couple of hours and monitor from time to time and i think you should return to base
its the perfect opportunity to basically start another hardcore series from 3 million blocks away where the goal is to get back so you won't have to quit after 10000 days

For everyone saying use the End- pretty sure he's more than 29 million blocks from the nearest End portal. He can make a new Ender chest and access whatever elytra and totems he has in there, and then maybe grind resources to build another cannon? Maybe he can get back to his base for 10k days in time to jump into the void??!!

I like this but can't he do it the way he did it before (get the elyta out of his echest and make a lag machine to make him fly really far)
Yes, the fishing rod stops working when you save and quit. But you also need to build the stasis chamber on the edge of the spawnchunks and lazy chunks, so the ender pearl is in the spawnchuncks and the preashurplate is in the lazy chunks. If you build the preashureplate in the spawnchunks, it shoud have teleported you instantly.
But its gonna be fun to se how you are gonna come back. Good luck😉

1. Btw, for those saying to go to the end and back, the furthest strongholds are only 20-30 thousand blocks from spawn
2. I think it’d be super interesting to see you sort of start from scratch and build another fast travel machine, without all of the infrastructure of storage etc., and try to get home before the 10000 days are up, I don’t know how you’d get slime though…

incorrect strongholds will spawn to the world boarder theres just fewer and if ur there at the border then well have fun cuz at the least you will need 2 stacks of eyes of ender and even then he could get an endercheast giving him an edge
O yeah go to the end and go through the portal your spawn will be on world spawn

you can actually just glitch your way up the nether roof and then let your character auto WALK for a week or so. (Walking not sprinting, as walking does not consume hunger)
Great idea, however I just did some quick calculations, and with him being 30,000,000 blocks from spawn, roughly 3.75 million in the nether, it would take over three weeks to get back. That adds up to over 1500 minecraft days which would end the series. 😢

Hey SB! Go to April fools one block at a time updater and go to a nether fortress. End portals will generate in the chests so you can build an end portal and get home to spawn!

I found this on the Wiki as a way to get to the world border! Maybe you could reverse engineer it?
When you go to the nether roof and make a portal and right before entering the overworld and throw a pearl and get out of the portal, the game will get confused and multiply your distance. This is an incredibly powerful glitch that allows you to reach the border in under a minute.

go to the nether portal and get your self 2 obsidian and go into the desert pyramid and get tnt, get some resources to build a piston and try break bedrock and go in the nether, and try find a fortress, kill a blaze and find an enderman, create an eye of ender and go back into the overworld, but go back into the nether and have a tnt ignite as soon as you go into the nether, creating another nether portal and allowing you to get more obsidian to create that ender chest, good luck Dan :)
edit: im not telling SB to look for an stronghold, im telling him to create an "eye" of ender and not "eyes" of ender.

Do you still have that wireless redstone stasis chamber back at your house? If so, you can mine a bit of redstone and make another wireless redstone activator machine, press it, and you will teleport straight back. Make a chunk loader before you go so that Buddy can go with you.
Hey SB, love your series, been watching for a couple years. I’ve been thinking about your predicament, and I think that your best bet, or probably safest bet to save the world is to just find or breed a good horse, and ride it across the Nether roof. I know it will take a long time and will rack up the day counter quite a bit, but it might just be what you have to do to get back to spawn. Good luck, hope the series gets to continue!
That would take 537 hours, or 1611 minecraft days, or 22 irl days without sleep, with sleep (8 hours, as average person gets) it would take 33.5 irl days, with the max possible horse speed of 15 blocks per second. This is in the overworld. In the nether, as with 8 hours of sleep, traveling on a 15 block/second horse, you would take 4.19 days. Don't forget; he doesn't have a totem and he has to fight ghasts the whole way.

Since everyone seems to think they are geniuses with their end idea i’ll let you know something. Strongholds spawn in rings in Java Edition, and SB737 is ~30m blocks away from spawn. The closest ring with a stronghold is 50k blocks from spawn. This means that SB would have to travel 30m blocks to get to the nearest stronghold.
You forgot, he could travel on the nether roof if he brings obsidian which would cut his travel time to a fourth

A. April fools one block at a time UPD and then go to nether, get end portal frames (which spawn in nether fortress chests) then go home
B. Start some new farms over there until you get all the firework rockets to get home in the nether (possible, but gonna be hard without a lag machine)
C. New series!
D. Use a backup world
SB - wow what a way to level up the series and make it interesting. I'm hoping you run with this and make the series into a can I make it back to my base before 10,000 days. You'll need to in order to jump in the void via The End.
Sb, I might have a plan for you to get home: first get your endear chest back and equip your totem. Then build a rail gun that shoots enter pearl. If on servers it travels at insane speeds, I think it might help you get(don’t forget to build on the nether roof). Love your content.

You can get back if you go to the send and then go into the portal as long as you don't have a spawnpoint and if you do just break the bed. You will habe to get a stronghold though. Sorry if I am wrong and they don't spawn near the world border. Love you SB
They only spawn till 25k blocks, so he will have to travel 2.75 million blocks to get to the nearest stronghold.
well out of experiences you could try banking and trying to make the machine again and setup a temporary base camp just so you can get back home and if i remember correctly there are no end portals outside a 24k block radius of world spawn but hopefully you can make it back to your base

Sb, just build a new nether portal, get some Obsidian, Ender Perls and blaze rods. No, don't find the stronghold, make AN ENDER CHEST!! This is my minecraft TH-camr knowledge coming in clutch 😉
You can just make a new enderchest, get your stuff back, make a new gunpowder and paper farm for rockets and fly all the way back on the nether roof to the furthest out stronghold ring and go through the end founter to teleport back at spawn (just make sure you reset your spawn point)
Going that far to the stronghold rings would have him so close to his base that it wouldn't matter

SB I just wanted to say it’s always been a good time watching the hardcore series and if this what happens now it’s even gonna be better. But I have an idea you can first get your ender chest back and then equip your totems, then build a machine that shoots ender pearls( you also have to do this on the nether roof) if it is on servers it might be able to help you travel faster at an insanely high speeds. Priority #1 should be getting an enderchest, so you have access to food and totems
Go to the end and then go through the portal to go to your last bed and you’ll be good or you’ll go to spawn either way you’ll be back

Portals only generate up to around 20 -20 thousand blocks away from spawn
The strongholds spawn in rings. Unfortunatly, the most outer ring is only at 20.000 blocks, which means he's still 29.980.000 blocks away from the nearest stronghold.
In java edition strongholds aren't infinite, they only spawn within ~25000 blocks of spawn. So this can help you go a little way but not all the way back.

This reminds me of a "hardcore lite" mod where you can respawn after death but in a random location thousands of blocks away from your base so you basically have no choice but to start from 0 and survive weakened at least for a few days
you could just find a mansion for totems, and also get the stuff to craft a new ender chest so you can access your stuff. I calculated that it would take about 130 hours to fly back in the overworld. you could also build a fully enclosed flying machine and go afk for a while

If youre clueless on a way to get home, there is a simple world border cannon made by rythm which doesnt take many materials idk if its possible to do in singleplayer though

You can start over, just with netherite armour and tools. Then you can start a new life there and build an iron farm and a slime farm. You then can break the bedrock on the nether roof to get blaze rods and craft an enter chest. Then get the stuff and with your farms, you can build another pig cannon to blast you back.

You can make a side serie about to get back to your home (at foot, horse, by boat, idk) and the struggles to get home
What I would suggest is getting the tnt from the temple and using it to get under the nether roof and look for a fortress so u can get blaze rods and use the obsidian from the portals(if u don’t have any more) to make an Ender chest which would open up a lot more opportunities to get out!
Maybe this is a sign to take a break from hardcore and bring back your Awesome World. FRED MISSES YOU!

Love the comments saying "just go to the nearest stronghold and go to the end, simple" :D nearest strongholds are still millions and millions of blocks away, at that point i think it would probably be better to get few totems, and somehow farm the resources for the machine again and get launched back. And even counting with the video, just walking/flying milions of blocks in the nether isnt video-worthy, hilariously building another machine and entirely from scratch while trying to survive maybe a good chunk of time without totems and elytra is. Yea, there may be some ways to get the ender chest, but still :D

SB737 go to the nether, go to it and get Blaze Rods and Enderpearl. Then you'll try to find a Stronghold and from there head back by go in to the End portal

Maybe if you go to the nether and find some ender men and a fortress, you can make your way to a strong hold, go to the end and back through the portal, you can get to spawn?
If you clicked a bed, you can destroy it and then do the same steps.
The Problem is that there are no strongholds if you go more than 30k Blocks away from spawn

SB, I think the easiest way out of this is to find a stronghold by walking all those miles or reverting to a backup of your world (if you have it). But just pls dont stop this series because it is the best and my most fav.
