We in the USA might make the same food but for us it would be hash browns (fine cut potatoes and onions fried until brown) and for the pork we would put it on a skewer and cook over the flames (to cook completely). A beer before bed also helps one sleep deeply. As for the insects we recommend some mosquito netting so you can rest easy. A simpler way to camp sometimes is to use a hammock with a tarp over top. Netting is easy to use on a hammock and your setup is very fast. The tarp is to keep the rain and sun off you. I hope you can give it a try some day.

She would have lasted about 2 hours in the woods when I was a kid. In the long school holidays in summer ( 6 weeks) my mates and me disappeared into about 2000 acres of woodland and lived off the land. Rabbits, roe deer, pigeons, nuts, berries ,raiding farmers fields ( we called it scrumping ) . We had a nice spring by our camp, so no shortage of fresh water. The only equipment we had, each had a knife, we had 2 axes, a roll of bailing twine and our brains. We made fish traps, made snares bows and arrows spears etc. We never went hungry. Those were the days. don't think you could do it these days. That was back in the 1950's.

Nice video. I've made this exact meal but in reverse. I cooked the pork first as it takes longer then added potatoes, onions, etc. I also used a lid on the skillet to reduce cooking time.
Great bush skills but wow, so much weight to carry, glass bottles, heavy pack, must be super woman. The walk could be so much easier with light weight gear. Thoroughly enjoyed watching.
I once purchased a motorized model Porsche. Not only did i have to build the model, I also had to assemble the motor. The kicker was that there were no english instructions provided. I completed the build and it functioned flawlessly. No translation needed. I followed the visuals and my instincts to success.
I like your table as it is light weight and made of aluminium and stainless steel. So you can put hot things on it, like a alcohol stove. Just ordered one from ebay from China. Nice gear you got there maybe some gear reviews would be good in the future. Enjoy watching you cook well done.

I have seen 100 videos on Chinese culture and food as I am 1/2 Chinese but never did I ever expect to see any girl alone Camping (a beautiful one at that) but the food she cooks is 100 times better than KD or Ramen noodles thrown in hot water like we Canadians and Yanks do so often. we go to a Beach in Ontario near MontreaL each year and food is my passion and good food at that when we eat.

Isn’t it dangerous to sleep where cook? I’m from Canada and when we backcountry camp, you cook far away from where you sleep because the food attracts bears. There are no predators you’re worried about there? Loved watching your video. Will subscribe for that banana trick 👍

Hi i have been going through youtube did you know you can train a dog to find Ginseng & Truffles.Put the whatever you wanting in its toys as its growing up and then when you get to the forest tell it go find your toys.Dogs are better than pigs because pigs will eat Truffle.

Isn’t it dangerous to sleep where cook? I’m from Canada and when we backcountry camp, you cook far away from where you sleep because the food attracts bears. There are no predators you’re worried about there?
