Cloudy Malvern...A cross country flight where I 'bombed' at 63km.

An unlikely looking cross country day, due to 100% cloud cover, from Worcester Beacon, (Malvern Hills). The air was unstable, and there were thermals to be found. My good friend (and legendary XC pilot) Tim P flew with me quite a bit, after he nearly went down twice.... but he had the last laugh....
Excellent flying for 2.5hrs, but I wish it had been longer!!!!
Several did flights over 100miles (160km) to the Cambridge area.

Lovely Video. I would love a 60 km flight. So windy in Ireland this year. Or Nil wind. Cheers Frank in Kilkenny. We fly Mount Leinster in the south East.
