i think that you should apply to as much school as you can, including competitive schools. What if she’s accepted it’s way better for her future so she should try her luck everywhere!
this was so much more fun to watch than the ivy league videos because i applied to similar colleges so it made me happy seeing someone who experienced it like i did!! congrats on all your acceptances!!!

We did this just the same way with our kids, similar type schools and now have a daughter UMASS ‘25 (who almost chose NCSU)and our son ‘27 who’s still deciding. One of his two reaches was UNC Chapel Hill (did not get in, he was cool with it, we are OOS) and U Miami (got in, nice merit but huge tuition) was his other big reach. He also got into UMASS Amherst, UCONN, Michigan State, Penn State and U Florida though with first year remote which makes it a hard no for him. Best of luck to you on your decision - you have lots to be proud of🎉
I love that these are kind of more subdued reactions feels much more relatable to me. Like I opened mine walking to my train home from school like oh I got in and seeing huge reactions always through me off. Congratulations. Hope you enjoy college
Your emotions on your fear and anxiety on opening the decisions are completely valid. However, your life isn't defined by where you go...it's what you make of it when you are there. Live for the present and the future will fall in line. Good luck and congratulations on your options!
