Pressurization is only really necessary if you're flying above 10,000 ft. Blimps don't go this high, therefore the pilots can breathe normally in the cockpit without pressurization.
corey harrison before reading ur comment i swear i was just about to ask... is that the same for planes as well?? ive noticed it in like fighter jets too
yea because 60 hertz is the refresh rate of most common flat screens now days, and also that is about the same speed your eyes can register what you see, also explains why 60 FPS in games are common because your eyes cant tell the difference between 60 fps and say 160 fps
So nobody was gonna tell me that freakin blimps had state of the art avionics… 7 YEARS AGO??
Why is the cockpit not pressurised?

@@anonymoususer3012 Understood. Thanks for clarifying :)
Awesome, they make it look so easy! But clearly you can see the skill, concentration and adjustments to make that land so sedately...... superb
Both wearing captain shoulder boards. Interesting.
A blimp from the air. See what it is like from the ground. Majestic. Out of this world
There is an old Jerry Hissem in the right seat.
I actually got to fly with full control with N2A in LA.
a crash would be so slow!
Hi
...
80 knot headwind landing
if you ever wanted to know why screens in videos flicker is because the screen is not 60 hertz and the camera being used is recording in HD

but you will notice a diffrence between 120 FPS and 60FPS
Also FPS and Hertz are 2 diffrent things
Was this filmed during eaa airventure
Yes I believe so :)
So interesting!👍
Awesome
I prefer the noise of a plane tbh
Agreed, and the shape, and the speed, and... everything.
