C.N.J. I've been following this periodically from I heard it first announced and I don't think it's too slow. I'm actually surprised to see the extent of it so far, considering Covid as you stated, and our usual heavy rains. Also, again as you said, this is a very long highway ( heard it will go all the way to Portland) and this scope of work cannot be rushed. I'm happy to see it coming into being, and I just hope the people of St. Thomas appreciate it and benefit from whatever added developments that may spring from it.

Since the highway going to run through some neighborhoods, they need to put in access road along the highway for the residents to move aroud

Why didn’t you speed up the video so we didn’t have to wait while all those vehicles pass by?

Why not run the power lines underground? It will be safer, cheaper, maintenance-free and the communities will! ook more beautifully with no ugly power line running overhead in the communities.

You are not specific about what part of St Andrew you talking about. St Andrew has rural, urban, and suburban communities. Please be specific next time. check your dictionary to know the difference between these localities
