Just a tip for you all using contact/vinyls on counters, walls, etc. Using caulk in the seems and corners really helps it look professionally done and also keeps it sealed, esp in a bathroom where humidity will make the edges start to peel. A good poly coat spray is always helpful on the counters as well.

Contact paper does it rip paint off if you want to remove the contact paper i used contact paper and i removed it rip off the wood effect on a unit

Beautiful! Just a friendly tip to anyone who does this DIY. For a more "realistic" look, be sure to align the tiles. You may need to cut a few of the ends and then interlock them like a puzzle. This way you won't have an odd seam in the middle of a "brick". ❤🤗😍

Question for you about the Dollar Tree tiles - I’ve read reviews that if you cut the tiles, it loses the adhesive power. How were you able to get them to stick once you cut them?

They are not sticky at all. Just invest in some good ones.

I would not have ever thought to spray paint the backsplash. I just completed the project in my new laundry room/pantry. I purchased peel and stick backsplash from Lowe’s. I could have really saved my money by buying the ones at the Dollar Tree and spray-painted them. If I had only seen this video two days ago.

I just love all the creations you do on your channel. Just amazing. Question: I have a Target 12 cube organizer and two 4 cube I am going to use for night stands.. I wonder if you could do a video on how to make doors for each using cheap materials. I looked thru some of your videos and could not find anything. I have used these tiles and you have to be careful where you put them. I found out the hard way that they can peel paint from a wall. :( Your projects look fantastic.

I brought those same tiles 3 months ago and I only purchased a few just for the backsplash because I also didn’t like the colors and low and behold the Queen 👑 found a way to make it happen I adore 🥰 the gold!! I been a fan since day 1 and I never get tired of your videos! Do you find it best to spray paint on the floor or ground over top of the item you’re painting? The reason I’m asking is my tiles didn’t turn out too good like they had bubbles if you will on most of them or am I doing something else wrong, PLEASE HELP! Yay! Bathroom ideas. I'm determined to jazz up our horrific office bathroom at work. If the wall is cleaned properly will just the adhesive on the plastic tiles be enough or would you recommend like construction adhesive?

I used more expensive peel and place in my kitchen, and then really did NOT stick well, and when I removed them they took off the paint, UGH!!
