    Im right there with you on the fuses. Trying to follow a single wire on a wiring diagram all the way to fuse with like 15 tabs open and then completely losing your train of thought in the middle of a tough diag is nauseating. I have lost hours checking the wrong fuses, relays, etc because the diagram is not clear or intuitive.

    Which system do you think is best? I work in a Bodyshop so for me I need a system to provide info on component locations, repair procedures and times and also torque specifications for mechanical suspension components. If you could recommend in your opinion between alldata or autodata would be much appreciated.

      Hi thanks for watching. Ideally you need both to cover all manufacturers, however either would give you that info if they have that specific manufacturers info available. Great question though, i will be doing a new video in depth answering this further for you.

    Hi mate. George auto electrician mobile here. The biggest problem is you can't use properly alldata on your phone, it's window based i need my phone to work as mobile.
    The other downside is you type the reg to give you quick info but instead is asking you for info engine code etc . But the truth is you ned them both

      Hi George thanks for watching and the great comment. That's true, you need them both, I never use diagrams on.my phone it's just too difficult as so many to go through. I have a little laptop for that and use mobile hot-spot to connect to Internet. All the best mate!

    Had a trial on all data wiring diagrams extremely good but all the prodecures is main dealer what they see is what you see however i agree with you some diagrams are awful and fuses are a pain the layout is shocking so im stuck £112 pcm for all data and i have haynes pro e3 which i dont pay for the fuses and maintenance and adjustments are easier to locate and go through so yes im with you on this one

      Thanks for watching looks like we are both in the same boat! Autodata actually got in touch to create some content but never heard anything from them.

      You can try online or get the Haynes manual.

      @@adamauto1 They don't do a haynes manual for my car and the online version doesn't give you torque settings.

      Thanks for watching and the like! Much appreciated. I would recommend Alldata and Autodata, Alldata seems to have more detailed diagrams though.

      Hi thanks for watching. I hope you are being taught well by your tutors! The cracked version is good yes however it doesn't cover vehicles past 2014 i believe. Unless there's a newer cracked version now. I have them too.

    Ive always found alldata completely useless. Stopped using them years ago. Rubbish support, very bad for fuses. Haynes pro 10x better for fuses...

      Thanks for watching they have gotten better since I made this video actually, autodata reached out wanting to do some content creation but never heard anything from them.

    YOU CAN GET COPIES OF BOTH FOR PENNIES ONLINE. I THINK THE LATEST IS 3.45 AUTODATA THOUGH. I THINK IT ONLY GOES TO 2014 MODELS. NOT SURE WHAT VERSION OF ALLDATA IS THOUGH.
    ITS ALLDATA 2023 ONLINE AVAILABLE

    • @adamauto1
      @adamauto1  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi thanks for watching. That's not actually correct, yes you can get both but they are not the same as the latest online ones, and up to 2014 is no use for people like me really.
