I'm totally on the team, that thinks the long head of the biceps has important job to do with stabilizing and making the shoulder joint function better....
Well, not all of us. In my case, I just wanted to look up a specific muscle that I am currently struggling with on how it functions and where it is actually visible, the other muscles I’m good. For beginners, it’s better to start studying superficial muscles then go deep once you get the hang of it.
