    MAN....that last teres major stretch gave me SO MUCH relief. THANKYOU. I couldnt figure out how to stretch that despite trying many positions.

    I have Tourette syndrome and therefor often pain in very specific muscles. I googled stretching this muscle and came here and I have to say: I love it! Thanks for the clear explanation and easy findability!

    I'm a software engineer and I think I'm having pain in my teres major due to mouse movements all day long. It's been getting worse lately (even losing sleep because of it) so I'm getting it massaged but I found your video and that stretch seemed to really help. Thanks!!

      Hehe, I am a developer and had pain in my shoulder. With this stretch it was away within a day! Freaking walked for 6 months with this...

    Could you please recommend some shoulder workouts that won't irritate the teres major and minor. I'm a highschooler and ecerytike I hit shoulders or do pull ups, my Teres major and minor hurt.

    just started working out and my terres in very tender. (struggle lifting arms above my head) and made novice mistake of not stretching after workout. these stretches work but made my muscle bit more tender but helps with movement. will the tenderness last long? and I was doing upper seal rows, hope its because I was doing them right rather then the wrong form. as my lats not half as bad.

    Mine is so tight i dont feel it. And if i take a tennis ball to it it hurts my shoulder
